Good player, wouldn't mind him here but i much rather if we buy players in positions we need (Basically i am saying we should buy defenders, 1 for each position), then if we still have money to buy the likes of Nani and others. About the player himself, he's pretty decent, he can play in every position in the midfield and has both the physical abillty and the technique to make it here..but i think he's a gamble neverthless.

We should we get here as a coach/assistant for at least a year, help him gain experince and i guess alot of the players have nothing but respect to him and will try and improve/work harder with him being in training every day

Real Madrid are going to win the La-Liga, how funny is that They played shit all season, told Capello to fuck off and it looked like it was going to be another classic shocker of a season for them, now they just defeated the hardest team left to beat with ease..and look on course to win it. but Capello is still leaving and it seems that next season they will again try and find the proper guy for the job.. At least i will win my bet with my mates that Ruud Van Nistelrooy will finish as the leagues top goal scorer..coming from the EPL to a league where the likes of Diego Forlan can score 15+ goals every season ment that him finishing as top goal scorer is a must.

The problem with people here is that they expect the player to be an instant hit,otherwise he's a flop and we should get rid of him, people started booing Luque before he even played 8 games with the club, people are already saying we should sell Martins even though he is 21 and just played a season in our team.. no matter who comes in the summer its important to give him time to adapt to the style of football we play here, otherwise we can just fill a team of 11 georides because they (want the best for the club) and are (good in training)..because everyone else will be a lazy forigener..

You're right, it does sound stupid. I'm loving the changed thread title, it implies that Cicinho is somehow less random than other Brazilians. i know I just had to say it..we are looking for a playmaker, why not shock the world and buy a former legened, nice shirt sales, his peformence didnt change alot (scored 15 in 24 last season) , he technique is still one of the best in the world, and he's here for free..why not take him as a back up for our team?

Speaking of brazilian footballers and i know this will sound stupid but, Rivaldo anyone? He's a free transfer at the moment, saw him in the champions league this season and he looked like the same brilliant player he was in Barcelona, a fucking brilliant player and a really class playmaker, i know he's too old but getting him as a back-up won't be a bad thing imo..

Daniel Carvalho is a class act like, he got the physical abillty and the technique to make it in any league, his free kicks are fantastic and i really like him since the day i saw him at the youth world cup in Dubai..the problem Elano Blumer, or simply Elano, saw him play for Santos a few games but he really improved since joining Shakthar but i think it will take him time to adapt to the english style of play, his lack the physical side in his game and i think a move to Portgual (Porto,Benfica and maybe Sporting) seems like the next thing for him. Fred is a bit of a tricky one, if he's having his day there is nothing stopping him, he's strong, fast and is a brilliant finisher (got one hell of a shot on him aswell), i would have him here any day. but the problem is that even with a brilliant Lyon team he sometimes have some shockers..when he's not on his day he is the last man you want on the pitch. Would love to see Daniel or Fred here..but i don't think any of the three will cost less the 5m.

He's Real's best player at the moment, he looks like Roberto Carlos when he was in his prime..fantastic player and there is no chance whatsoever of us getting him..

Inter and Chelsea actually..

He's fat, slow and is slowley losing his form Actually met him back in january when Inter were on a tour in my country..he scored twice against my national team and was class that night, then again its my national team were talking about. I think it will be VERY hard for us to get him, if he wants out of Inter i am sure alot of clubs will be intrested in him, with good training and some hard work from him he can be a pretty good player to have in your team, but then again we are Newcastle and when was the last time we actually turned a player from bad to good.
