There’s bad defending and then there’s the 1st goal Man U conceded last night. I can’t think of a goal at any level where I’ve seen worse defending, the outfield players clearly weren’t positionally aware of each which is bad enough but the keeper and staff on the side lines should have been screaming blue murder at them. Unbelievable stuff.

It is a contact sport, that doesn’t include missing the ball and kicking your opponent who has nipped in front of you, never has.

Don’t see what the fuss is about with the penalty. He gets in front of the defender and gets kicked, it’s not one of these where the player drags a leg to make contact and falls over. Poor defending pure and simple.

Got me stumped for who joins Hendrick in centre mid - I’m guessing wing backs must go quite high when we’ve got the ball, Hendrick will sit and Miggy push on. The other director for that new company is a director/ accountant for Reuben Brothers Ltd - Ms Eileen Marie Sawyer.

So Jamie Reuben has chosen to walk away from QPR, doing so on good terms it seems. You have to ask why, I’d imagine that QPR were delighted to have him on board with his connections. He’s obviously got something lined up and it must be fairly close. No idea what else he’s involved in but it’s the football side of things he’s come out of.
