+ Very well put across, that, fair play Pards Manager is asked a question in a press conference, answers it fairly. "Needs to learn to shut his mouth!" If you watch the actual interview, he's being dead jovial about the discussion bit, everyone's laughing. He's hardly launched a scathing attack on baconface. His incredibly smug/sarcastic reaction at the asking of the question was probably enough on it's own to warrant a repost from Ferguson. Unbelievable. It warranted a response, yes. The response it actually ended up getting was disgraceful.

The difference here is that when he was quite clearly in the wrong, he admitted that. He apologised, he accepted his punishment and that was that. He didn't drag the whole thing out into a big saga then make petty little comments like auld baconface.

I remember the days when you actually tried to win the title yourselves rather than being content with costing another team the prize. How the mighty have fallen - if that isn't a 'wee clubs' mentality then I don't know what is. Thought you lot were better than that to be honest . We're not content; we just find it funny. Haha. I wouldn't worry about it, we aren't. It was lost at home to Everton and away to Wigan TBF. You can't win it every year, I'm just happy we are still challenging despite the financial contraints we are under thanks to our lovely owners. Financial constraints? What a joker.

A grey area with the offside rule as it is at the moment. The decision could easily have gone either way. No problem with it being given but Cisse in my opinion was interferring with play, if he wasn't there then Evans wouldn't have tried to play the ball out in the manner he did. He was there because Evans was keeping him there. He was the one pushing Cisse forward.

Bang on. The thing I dont get is how Neesy comes on here and tells us all about how we shouldn't believe anything about any transfer deal, and how none of them are ever going to come off. Then straight after says "there is a 1% chance of this deal happening" as if he's spoken to Marseille himself Don't kid yourself Neesy, sat in a pair of crusty Y-fronts, you've got less of a clue than anyone else. Why should we believe you over people who actually have contacts at the club? You don't have to believe me, but too many on here believe everything that's written in the papers. Last transfer window should prove that. I don't think anyone in the last few pages of this thread has been here (on this forum) for less than a few years. Everyone knows how it works, they don't need you to tell them. It's unbelievably condescending, tiresome, and you just look self-satisfied. Fortunately, most people also understand why we're on this forum. To keep up to date with the latest news. Something is in the papers, we read it, take it with a massive pinch of salt, then have a discussion. That process doesn't need moderating by you. Last transfer window didn't prove anything btw, Neesy. The media have been cooking up false transfer rumours for more than a year, you know . I'll it at that then. Eh?
  9. I listened to his interview before and he hasn't said owt wrong at all this time imo. People just love a good moan and a reason to slate him.

    Lookalikes

I was about to question why you posted two pictures of MON. Unreal.
  11. The one where he was in the box after megging Evra? was incredible like. Even for him. He just whalloped it over the bar for absolutely no reason.
  12. What a load of s****. He supports Manchester United because they are table toppers. Glory hunters do. Or Liverpool. Or any other parennial title winners over the years. That's why I enjoy our Northern/Southern Irish/ around the World support. Because they're not doing it for the glory, the off hand snidey remarks they can belittle other football fans with, they're doing it to be real fans...fans who experience pain. When I say pain, I don't mean not winning a trophy for a year or two, or even losing one in the last minute to your nearest rivals. Though that would obviously hurt. I mean going years without even looking like winning anything, even getting relegated a few times as we have. So when we do eventually win something, it will mean something, because we are a proper club with proper supporters, not a club or fans who believe we have a God given right to success, as we obviously don't. I honestly do not understand the mentality of glory hunting...maybe supporting Manchester United/ Chelsea/Liverpool in the 80's helps to provide a fake popularity amongst peers? So he gets completely slated because he supports a successful club? I get where you're coming from, but I think you're just jumping down his throat because he supports Man Utd and we lost to them in a harsh way today. Just because someone supports a successful club doesn't mean they are a clueless fan or that they are automatically always unreasonable. I don't see where Froggy slated Newcastle on here or rubbed our noses in it, yet people are jumping down his throat. It is clearly just because he is a non-Manchester based Man Utd fan, and for nothing else. People on here need to be bigger than that. I can't understand why all you who aren't from Tyneside support Newcastle. You're all mental and deserve to be sectioned.
  13. Canny goal, but how awkward did it look? Lolerpool.

    Papiss Cissé

    I let out a high-pitched scream like.
  15. I thought we looked like a team that would be absolutely fine TBH. Aye, what a f***ing ridiculous thing to say. We led 3 times at Old Trafford for f*** sake and hit the woodwork twice.
  16. Hopefully this can spur the lads on. Yes we've lost a game we didn't deserve to, but we showed more than enough today to be positive about. Take this into the Arsenal game and we'll get something.
  17. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
  18. Which little dickhead called Evra to score earlier on in here?
  19. From the last fifteen minutes I saw we looked great. Playing without pressure, that's how it looks. More of the same in the second half please, there'll be gaps all over when Man Utd start to throw bodies forward.
