  1. Given how Liverpool are trying to control football and care so little for all clubs outside the 'Big 6', he can go fuck himself.
  2. You missed "As manager of Newcastle United, you expect statistics to be thrown at you"
  3. Of course he does. He's still doing a great job in terms of Mike Ashley's criteria.
  4. I think that's being overly pessimistic. For me, it feels 50/50 at the moment.

    Kevin Keegan

I've never got over it. I know I never will.
  6. I bet you say that to all the girls. I’m a happily married man you mucky cunt.
  7. Hmmm. I hope that's not a bad thing. While it was funny, their rhyme tweet yesterday felt a little cocky and unprofessional.
  8. Just want them to be careful though and not start taking the piss too much.
  9. Agbonlahor Thick as two short planks. Media really pulling out the creme de la creme of the footballing world for these pro Bruce comments.

    Jeff Hendrick

"He's now understanding what it's like to play in Newcastle."" Fuck off Bruce you utter, utter cunt.
  11. I hope that these guys are only tweeting under the strict guidance of their legal people and don't go rogue at any point.
  12. Why does Luke Edwards need a coping mechanism? He's a Leyton Orient fan. This take over affects him not one jot emotionally.
  13. So basically our choice for the panel will side with us. The PL's will side with them and it will go to the FA's choice to decide it. Not filled with confidence like. Yeah I read that earlier and thought exactly the same. Yep. Feels like in that scenario, the deck is stacked against us. Afterwards, assuming it went against us, can we appeal or is that decision full and final ?
  14. Just hope Mike is continuing with his "You don't know how nasty we can be" attitude.
  15. This point? They've been involved since the start. I know that. But I wonder if Fenway and Masters are still frantically pinging the texts back and forth, or are they now having to back off, what with our whole legal case being built around their involvement? I can picture the scene. Masters picks up the phone in front of the arbitration panel. "Hi Chris, it's Dick... yeah... sorry mate, I'm gonna have to let you go.... I know, but what you've done is unacceptable and..." "The time sponsored by Accurist is..." Yeah, sorry, I shouldn't have lol'd. Wasn't meant to be at you personally. It's a fair question. There must be some interesting conversations going on at the moment on burner phones.
  16. Why do you believe this is the case? I can't see any evidence whatsoever that the Saudis are still at the table. Ashley is pursuing a restraint of trade case against the Premier League, and arbitration is a precursor he has to indulge before going to court. None of this either requires or suggests the involvement of the Saudis. The Athletic claim they are as interested as ever if you want an actual source. I must be honest - I'm extremely sceptical of the quality of Chris Waugh's sources at the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia. You must have a lot more faith in local football journalists than I do. Horses for courses! Are the PIF the only people buying the club ? The Reuben brothers and Amanda Staveley were also intending to take minority shares. More info here mate if you need it -> https://www.ft.com/content/17856b31-cfbd-4004-8b48-195d45f5bad2 I had heard a whisper about their involvement. Just wondered why you referenced the PIF being the location of Chris Waugh's source
