We've gone a bit flat here, need to make some changes to see this out. We've done the work to win the game and the first half was insanely good, but can't help but feel a little disappointed in the 2nd half

Should have been 6 or 7, I just hope we go for the jugular and don't start taking it easy 2nd half

Spurs

I don't see anyone else pushing us for top 4 tbh, we've done the hard work, it would take a capitulation not to hold onto it now, Spurs keep blowing their chances and being 3 points behind after playing an extra game and they have to come to SJP next. You'd think if we win there then it's a question of 3rd or 4th. After that performance today it's easy to get worried about the teams below us, but that's still only the 4th game we've lost this season.

Just came in to say that, watching them against Chelsea and they're knocking them for 10 bells, they're just so good to watch.

He wasn't good today and I wouldn't single him out for one poor performance in a poor side, I just don't think he's shown any glimpses yet to make me think there's a player in there since we bought him. Let's see what Howe can do with him, but I'm not so sure.

Most of us didn't want us to sign him, but were willing to give Howe the benefit of doubt as he must see something in him, I'm still failing to see what that is, what does he actually bring to the table?

absolutely worst performance of the season, hands down, we just weren't at the races today at all, Emery had our number and Villa executed the game to perfection. We really need to put this behind us before next Sunday, it is imperative we get a result at home to Spurs.

Tough first half but we've been poor and contained them to a single goal, regroup and start again in the 2nd half. Eddie will make the required changes, would like to see Targett get a chance to claim that LB spot as Burn has been a liability and is clearly getting wound up. They'll tire before us, we just need to keep the game close and keep going to the final whistle, we can still get something from this.
