And now the feckless midget wants to take us to arbitration because we won't let him skip along to the merry tune of Ineos. I hope we double down and drag this whole calamitous horror show to a bitter and lengthy conclusion.

This was it for me, these players aren't good/confident on the ball and always need an extra touch or 10 to line up a pass, any kind of pressure and they crumble, Palace played a blinder.

Poor to a man, Bruno probably our best player but even he doesn't deserve more than a 6 as he lost possession in key areas and had a few wayward passes. I don't think that system worked at all tonight, Palace look quick and aggressive and their high press was akin to us at full strength last season. Need to put this one to bed and smash SU at the weekend.

Game owa, I think I'll give the board a wide birth while the naysayers have their little circle jerk over a poor performance.

Lack of quality behind Bruno is what's killing us, too much retention and no vision to get the ball out quickly, I'd be tempted to bring Hall and Livra on, I think Burn and Schar will be fine shepherding the back line. We're giving then too much time to close us down and when we do get it out, too much time to reset the lines and no space for our front 3.

Looking like we've clipped their wings here, don't seem as effervescent as they were in the first 30 minutes. We at least have something to build on, but that was a pretty dire first half.

Murphy again there, the 1-2 was on but he kept the ball and got surrounded with no out options. They're pressing well but we're keeping the ball far too long in dangerous areas.

No way are Chelsea winning Villa (A) Spurs (H) Brighton (H) Bournemouth (A) All of them will give them a game, they'll definitely drop points. Just can't see them catching us, Man Utd however I can see scabbing more points than they deserve.

I'd snap your hand off at the conference league after the season we've had and you've got to expect us to be favourites. Having said that we've never finished above Man Utd in the Premier league, I think its about time that ended.
