I was at the game at Carrow Road on Saturday mate, I thought Norwich looked like a fairly decent side, if lacking a cutting a edge. Given the absolute gulf in coaching standards and professionalism between Bruce and Farke, it looks as though Smith has had a slightly easier ride of getting the side to adapt to a new, more solid, approach than Eddie Howe. Would be interested to know your thoughts.

Not the former Betis manager you're thinking of? Pepe Mel?

Saw their game on Saturday. They're solid, defend well, and can pass the ball around. They lack a cutting edge up front, but there's no doubt they play as a unit and have a general sense of what they're trying to do. EH is still trying to get across his message to our lot and the defence is absolute shite, so struggle to see anything beyond a score draw at this stage.

This is the crux of it, really. They've been left to get on with it whilst the previous incumbent sat on his fat fucking arse and got his brain-dead lackeys to oversee a few shuttle runs and five-a-side games twice a week. It will always remain an utter fucking travesty that that sort of incompetence was tolerated.

Everton could do with a relegation to be honest. Toxic atmosphere from top to bottom.

He'd be doing well to get into the top four IMO. So many strong sides at the top end of the league now that I think to get Roma back in the CL would be a solid achievement.

Absolutely gutted for Osimhen and Napoli. He was on fire this season.

What the fuck did we do to deserve Karen fucking Carney as a commentator? Thick as pig shit and speaks in clichés. Would never believe she played the game professionally.
-
Given the money Everton have spent in recent years, their squad is absolutely fucking awful.

Need some results to go for us today - Everton, Spurs and Leicester

Never in a million years a left back. Was once a competent midfielder who is now far too slow for top level football.

Would be interested to know people's thoughts on realistic transfers that could save us from relegation.

Currently at the Norwich game. They look solid.

Absolutely spot on Midds.

Not a central midfielder. Needs to be playing further up the pitch

That Spurs game was huge from a momentum perspective. Had Bruce been binned off, the 'fresh start' effect could have taken off from there. As it is, we've had so many stutters - the previous week with Howe and Covid being a classic example - we've simply not been able to generate that slingshot momentum that could have seen an improvement in results/performances.

There simply aren't 3 worse teams than us this year.

This squad is utterly bereft of confidence. No win in 13, man. Christ.
-
No accountability for some of this lot. It's fucking ridiculous.

The squad is just utter, utter, shit. Howe needs to clear the lot out.
