Even just a bunch of kids. Anything. Cmon. Do they not care about my F5 key at all?
-
Now thats more like it Get him !
-
What do Leeds fans think? That is usually a good measure Gutted to let him go, or "good riddance" ?

Ok, maybe one window is an exaggeration But he isnt a long term solution. Bruno and Botman will be key players in the Medium to Long Term. My hope was we were targeting players that were similar. For the price of Harrison, there are options out there, even if it meant taking one step back to take 3 steps forward (eg: Talented youth) Harrison is 1 step forward, but not 3 steps forward. Ok, my analogies suck - hope the point is made though :P

I feel like there should be more to your rebuttle My point is. There are more Brunos out there. Players with a much higher ceiling. Although sensible, I dont think Harrison is that player. Happy to be proven wrong though
-
Harrison is the equivalent to the Burn transfer Pragmatic, and improves the team in the short term BUT - for only 1 window, then becomes a backup. I would much rather have a purple that moves the club forward than invest in bench Harrison would be the epitome of "meh"
-
A good plan B is to target talented youth who are not getting first team football at their clubs, similar to Dortmund and the Red Bull clubs

Maxi is 100% staying and will flourish under Howe
-
I wonder if a train of thought is to go for someone like Paqueta (because we are confident we can get him) - instead of a striker? Howe made some weird striker comments recently (ie: Wilson/Wood good enough, and we can move ASM and Big Joe there too if required) Would make sense, also given that Anderson is coming through
-
Don't think he is a winger

Looking forward to seeing Anderson in action Not sure who the other new kid is. Never heard of her -
Traore. The guy who can beat 12 players, from a solo run starting in his own half, only to trip and fall into the corner flag

We need players with a high ceiling that can help us push on. If the ultimate goal is Europe and winning trophies, we need mega talents who are yet to peak.

Good point. Shut down the forum.

So you havent watched him Also, attacking midfield is not the same as no.10 Heat map here: Lucas Paquetá Olympique Lyonnais videos, transfer history and stats - SofaScore Edit: p.s. The last 3 games for his club he played in a midfield 3 #JustSayin
-
This feels like bait You need to watch him first. He is strong defensively. Very good at pressing. For those who havent watched him, there are some good articles around. Let me try find them. Here is first -> Player Analysis: Lucas Paquetà – Breaking The Lines edit: Another article: Lucas Paqueta for Brazil 2021 - scout report (totalfootballanalysis.com)

Look at this video, specifically around the 1:12 mark

Wow. Have the people who cant see a role for Paqueta actually seen him play? I think he could do just fine in a midfield 3. He is deceptively strong on the ball, and great at holding/protecting. Can very quickly turn defense into attack, almost Frenkie esque Dont let all the brazilian tricks fool you
