This may turn out as true, but can you point out anywhere in that article where it is not just speculation. There is nothing quoted from anyone, Citeh, Owen, agents or anyone. True, it is the Express after all!

This says he has shaken hands on a move to Man City in the summer. http://www.dailyexpress.co.uk/posts/view/79264

Now watch all the Man U loving journos bleat on about poor Ferguson and poor "United" getting picked on. It's started already with Andy Townsend on Talkshite.

Isn't MccGeady another left winger? I would think we have enough of those. Aye but he's better than both the zog & duff imo, Also he can play on the right.. Would be really happy if we got him, A big improvement on what we have. He's definitely left-footed. At least we won't feel the loss of Zog if it's true, which I'm a bit dubious of. McGeady's price tag is around £12m so I don't see how that ties in with Joe's sell to buy claims. Well it was 12 mill last season but he's had a big and nasty falling out with Strachan and maybe they just want him off the books.

Wasn't a dive, but wasn't a penalty. Ronaldo-esque in the extreme
-
No way he'd come here, he wants to go back to 'arry.
-
Woodgate never made Shay feel so sick he wanted out. So the three other muppets in the defence had nowt to do with Shay's strop? Colo doing the job of 4 players FFS. No wonder he was shite.
-
So Shay's Lawyer decided to just put out a statement without telling Shay first? Someone's tellin porkies and I don't think it's JFK. If Arsenal don't want him he'll stay, no way he'll want to go to Spurs, frying pan to the fire tbh.
-
I'd be kind of suspicius of a player who only ever scores against one team. That would be the reason not to buy surely. If he can't score against us any more who will he score against? No-one most likely.

Elano's been s**** since this time last year, though. Been playing well recently. Apparently he's a major problem in the dressing room and that's why Hughes wants rid. IoTK In-other-Teams-Know? That font of all knowledge - the Daily Mirror http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/2008/12/23/manchester-city-crisis-mark-hughes-to-sell-elano-after-fall-out-115875-20990670/

I keep saying this, the whole "the world is now in recession" seems to have passed NUSC by completely and utterly. The "Ashley announces he's keeping the club on the same day to ruin our Bobby Robson day" ramblings were a total embarassment. Who else knew in the country that the Bobby Robson day was happening at all? It was mentioned in the Chronicle, but sadly the Chronicle isn't sold countrywide, or did they not know that? And I also heard someone from NUSC say that Bobby was "disgusted" that Ashley was not selling the club. Oh really? Had he talked to Sir Bobby in the last few hours then? Cringeworthy.

I always had a suspicion Ramos was shagging Jenas, allegedly.
-
Seconded. Thirded, who gives a flying fuck whether we're a big club, little club. We support NUFC - that's it. If we get relegated to the Conference League we'll still be supporting them - it's the most pointless argument. My Dad's bigger than your Dad FFS.
-
I wonder if the lads will be out on the Quayside tonight like they all were when Man U pumped us 6-1 at home a few years ago?
-
I take it that's meant as a joke?!!! Good one.
-
Because they don't realise there's a worldwide recession going on perhaps?
-
Aye he was terrible but he was surrounded by shite. He can't cover for three other defenders and do his own job now can he.
-
You're obviously too young to remember the 1974 FA Cup Final then.....
-
The trouble started when we were fifth and they were fourth, and what happened after that, and for all the Bobby Robson adulation today, well who was there when he was practically booed off the field because we ONLY finished fifth? And only a few thousand stayed behind to see them walk around the field on the final day of the season?
-
You obviously don't understand the question. It's about people like Steve Bruce who pretend NOW to be diehard Geordie because it might suit him in the future, when in reality he is an absolute diehard Man U fan. That's plastic. Insularity means something completely different.

He'll be off to Man City soon according to reports.
