How do the bottom 4 fit what your saying ? A 23 year old Gary Cahill moving to Bolton? Probably hundreds of examples of young players moving and getting better elsewhere Johnny Evans was about 27 wasn't he when left? not exactly young But would you say Man U felt they got the utmost out of him and never thought he’d get better so sold him on and signed Rojo or whoever? Was thinking of players teams sold early because they thought they had got the most out of a player’s lifespan. For us Gary Speed - Newcastle to Bolton. Played another four years.
