How many PL teams wouldn't struggle with their two best goalkeepers injured?

According to the Chronicle we wouldn't be allowed a emergency loan even if Elliot got injured? Is that true?

And why wouldn't he try to get us up again instead of selling us for a much lower price than if we were in the PL?

I suppose the logic would be that the main reason he's still the owner is because of the money that he gets because of being owner.... take that away and maybe he would look to sell? Or invest some money and be back in the PL in 12 months?

I just don't see why he would sell if we go down? The club would be worth much less than in the PL. If we go down, i think he will invest enough for us to go up straight away again.
