  1. I've got to say - as an outsider - most of you are f****** nuts!! Barton has played a grand total of 0 minutes for you and he's a hero because he's had a pop at your best player?Honest to God, you're not easily swayed in the slightest are you? hasn't it occured to you that he and his agent (and btw, those two deserve each other) have sat down and thought "right, i've done f*** all for the club that has just spent millions on me but they're all having a go at Owen - if I do the same then I'm guaranteed a cheer when i eventually make it onto the pitch". Seems to have worked an' all Before Owen joined you he stated publicly that he'd rather have come back to Anfield, however your chairman decided to spend £5m more than Liverpool had provisionally agreed with Madrid in order to force Owens hand - either he spent another year on Madrids bench (despite having the best goals - to - minutes ratio in Spain) or he joined you with a clause in his contract(that Shepherd at the time denied - not like him to lie to Newcastle fans, was it?) that said he could rejoin LIverpool (or anyone in the top 4) if they offered £12m. You knew that at the time, and yet you still were tricked by Shepherd into vturning up to greet/.emotionally blackmail Owen. D'you know what? I hope he does go in Jan - then all you silly f****** who are demanding he leaves may get your wish to see the full development of Martins Whos demanding he leaves? Personally, I don't have a problem with Owen. Nor do I have a problem with what Joey Barton said. Sorry, and do the 20k thousand (mostly children), who turned up to 'emotionally' blackmail Owen, represent the entire population of Newcastle fans? The majority of Newcastle fans were worrying about our defensive failures at the time, not gawping at Owen. See, this is the problem with people looking in from the outside, they only see the minority extreme opinions, not the sensible majority opinions, like the folks that turn up at the gate week in week out.
  2. Oh for that in the first team! Whats his technique like? Quite young too? Got a canny technique, often beats his man. Reminds me a lot of Bellamy style, running at players and the like. Whats his position? Striker. Think he will make it? Fingers crossed. Played on the wing for long stretches last year, has he been put up top for good?
  3. Ah right  Nick, you didnt seat in my seat today and say ' this seat is fucking class' like you normally do, it was becoming a good luck ritual! Anyone think that the hulkamania ear cupping gesture from Owen was in response to the boo's which may or not have been directed at him?
  4. Aye, I had bought me mate ticket on me card last week, I was picking it up for him. You see me, obviously?
  5. Loved the Emre chant at the game today 'Emre Emre Emre Emre, Emre Emre, Emre Emre Emre Emre, Emre Emre' * To the 'ole ole ole ole' tune.
  6. Just got back from the game, we were very good to be honest. Atmosphere was great, even though the scousers were fucking silent for the majority of the game.
  7. Yep, you'l have no problems with autographs
  8. Fucking hell If we're getting victimised for throwing 'v's, then you better fucking burn me, I actually swore at the game!
  9. Allardyce signed them another central defender on a pre contract before he left called Cid, he's supposed to be f****** awful. Yes, he's awful.

As alright as a mackem can be
  11. 100% spot on and so refreshing to hear a manager, especially a Newcastle manager, speak out about something that has almost become our stock and trade these past few years. My two cents from earlier... About this booing malarky. I honestly think we've been fed so much drivel, s*** and excuses over the last 3 years, that it was inevitable that we (the fans) would crack. Lets hope with the positives coming out of the club, when something goes wrong, or somebody fucks up, we can see how far we've come, and respect that. I'd also like to add, that I don't think the fans at home will be half as restless this time around. We can see a new horizion, we can see plans.
  12. On paper, Everton aren't great. But they always seem to play good football and in a way go unnoticed, and often end up in a decent leauge position.

  16. Barton is despicable. Barton is misunderstood. Dabo had a fly on his face. Barton should be rewarded.

Now honestly, if you're a pro footballer. £3,000 a week at Cardiff in the Championship, or £20,000 a week at Sunderland in the Premiership. If I were a geordie, as I am, and had the Newcastle United upbringing I have, I can honestly say no. Don't care if people think i'm lying, or daft. For starters, none of my immediate family would speak to me, nor my mates. All that, for money? f*** arf! I'd rather slave away, as I'm doing, live an honest grafting life, and support the toon. At the end of the day, moneys f*** all, if you've got nee pride. What absolute bollocks to this and all the others that said they'd never play for the village of the dammed. As much as I want them to lose every game can I just point out that people, players, who have contributed far more to the toon than your tiny and insignificant little lives have played for the great unwashed. Chopra is trying to be successful in his chosen career, he's shoveling sh!t in the hope that another club comes in for him. If you think you're greater than Wor Jackie, Shay Given, geordie boy Lee Clark, David Kelly or a host of others then you are fu<king deluded. As someone else said, I hope he scores every week as they lose 1-2. Blatantly a SMB And you're blatantly a moron but hey don't let that get in the way of your well thought out and incisive argument. No unlike you, you ignorant fool, I actually know something about my club and its players, so doesn't that make it more likely that you're the sad makem tw@t. Hush. The wink was intentional. Please, calm down, you'll have an an aneurysm.
