What difference does it make who's fault it is? What are the repercussions for the club is what bothers me. Indeed. Who gives a crap who is right is some legal pissing contest between Ashley and Keegan (or more factually Keegan vs NUFC). What I care about is the 10million and where that comes from. We are in being run against what looks like a very tight budget (missing out on loan signings etc). If we're lose ten million quid due to this we could be fucked in terms of betting promoted. And again despite who is right or wrong in the argument. Keegan has chosen to sue the club. We were relegated and obviously financially stuffed and Keegan still continued with his legal case. Keegan was offered 4 million (allegedly) and he still carries on with his legal case to make an extra couple million. All for personal gain. IMO this makes Keegan a cunt on equal footing with Ashely if not worse.

HE TURNED OVER A PROFIT IN THE JANUARY TRANSFER WINDOW AND DEREK LLAMBIAS WAS WANKING HIMSELF SILLY OVER IT. WE HAD LET TWO PLAYERS GO WHEN WE NEEDED PLAYERS IN AND BOUGHT TWO SHYTE PLAYERS. HE GAMBLED WITH THE CLUBS FUTURE AND WIPED A 100 MIL OF HIS OWN ASKING PRICE. Regardless if it was done by design or pure accident, its still f***ing moronic of the highest order. The man wanted to cut costs not mater what and here we are in the championship. FFS. Not arguing he did moronic things. Making money would be a bonus! The thing that gets me is that it is obvious certain decisions are made for personal reasons and they do not get slated. Ashley makes a decision to have a structure in place with Wise and all. He makes that because he thinks that is the best for Newcastle. We can all agree it was the wrong decision but it is made thinking about the club. Keegan makes a decision to sue the club for personal gain to the determent of Newcastle. That's fine in some people opinion

Lets say Keegan wins his case and the club has to pay him approx 8-10 million quid. Ashley has not sold the club and is not willing to put more of his personal money into the club. In order to balance the books we have to sell 8-10 million quids worth of players in the transfer window. We fail to get promoted off the back of this. Who is that bad guy there Ashley or Keegan? For all Keegan did for this club his is a prize twat for suing us. Leave the job fair enough but if he takes the money out of this club and hurts us further he should be shot. Ashley for all his daft decisions has never taken money out of the club (as far as we are aware). He is going to make a loss on his money. The so called people we trust regularly take money away from the club.

I think the chance of Ashley sticking around in one form or another might have increased due to our performances. There is nothing better than winning. He might be starting to get a buzz about the place again. He does seem to be enjoying his time at the matches. Saying that though he has painted himself in a corner with doing the for sale / not for sale routine before. Maybe the only way he can stay and save face is the partnership with Moat.

So any manager you says I will need a,b,c to do the job and be successful gets turned down. Any one why says I will bend over and get fucked week by week gets the job.

Any sort of stability and plan around this club would be better than where we are now. It is in O'Learys interests to succeed as it could be his last chance to manage (if he takes the job and fails). If the papers are correct and he will only sign on with guarantees of stability and money (even if just for loans) then I will be happy with his appointment. At least it will mean that there is someone in the club wanting to drive it forward.
