Just read that on BBC website myself, quite incredible.

I actually can't think of a worse idea.

As someone who works in cancer research, I can safely say zicomartin is talking utter bollocks. Not that it really needed saying but there you go.

How many starts has he had since he had a good game (in my opinion) away to Norwich?
-
Gayle said that whilst commentating on the Southampton game on the stream I watched too. He truly thinks that northerners are a bunch of cavemen who despise everyone from the south. Must be why we hated Chris Hughton and celebrated so much when he got the sack eh? Fucking numpty, infuriates me how these brain dead ex footballers get paid for spouting utter garbage.

The Cardiff game was the perfect example of being able to support the team and protest against Pardew and Ashley at the same time. There were sustained chants supporting the team (the usual Toon Toon and New-ca-stle) which were followed up by the anti-Ashley chants and booing of Pardew when he came out of his dugout. It is possible to do both and I hope the atmosphere on Saturday is as good as it was for Cardiff.

More shocking writing from Lee in that article, it's an absolute car crash from start to finish.

I want Tuchel after reading those articles posted yesterday. Imagine getting him in and he turns out to be Klopp II
-
Yep, want please.

Honigstein told me (yes I am boasting) when I asked him if Tuchel would be interested in NUFC that he is fluent in English. f***ing hell. He needs to be the one What's the story with this guy then? Can't say I've ever heard of him. Posted these earlier - worth a read: http://bundesligafanatic.com/tuchel-mainz-retrospective/ http://sport.bt.com/sportfootball/football/europeanfootball/bundesliga/the-main-man-at-mainz-S11363876017120 Not mentioned in the articles, but I am sure I read somewhere that he often used to train the team on a rhomboid shaped pitch to stop his full backs hitting the ball long down the line. Cheers, will have a read of them in a bit and get all excited before realising we're going to end up with Pulis.

Really is disgraceful how our young players are treated under Pardew. The youngsters currently at the club should be asking their agents to get them out of here asap, the only way they go here is backwards to obscurity.

Gaël Bigirimana rejoins Coventry on a permanent basis
John P replied to Fenham Mag's topic in Football
Another sad demise of another promising player under Pardew. Played out of position in a huge game, hauled off and never seen again in the first team. Surely a Championship or League One team would have wanted this guy on loan, wasn't he apprentice of the year at Coventry or something? -
I assume i'm allowed to post this, if not I will just delete it, from about 17 minutes in: http://talksport.com/radio/listen-again/1410771600 You're a star, no idea why I couldn't find that myself. Cheers!

I'm no doubt being incredibly stupid here, but could someone post a link for the Colin Murray show from this morning? I've just been on the TS website but the most recent 'Listen Again' for him is from Friday.
-
The whole 'one game to save his job' thing is ridiculous anyway, as if one win against Hull suddenly renders the previous 8 months immaterial
-
Some breaking news on the BBC website: Manager Alan Pardew retains the support of Newcastle owner Mike Ashley despite Saturday's 4-0 loss to Southampton. The BBC understands Pardew, 53, will remain in charge for Saturday's home game against Hull City. This is unreal.
-
BBC Sport's Ben Smith: "I'm told Mike Ashley will not be swayed by the feelings of the supporters. He was at St Mary's on Saturday but did not hold 'crisis talks' with Pardew afterwards, despite reports to the contrary. "The message is that Pardew is expected to be in charge for the game against Hull on Saturday."
-
What did he say? Will there be a link up later? Its on the TS website, you can listen to it there. He has clearly been on sackpardew.com though Good stuff. Was great that the sackpardew banner was on Match of the Day, now everyone knows where to go to see why we all feel this way.

How old is he? Will be 29 next month. 20-odd league goals every season until he's 33. Going to be close, but don't think he'll quite get there. Injuries, a decline in pace and decreased number of games at that age will count against him.

The logical gymnastics going on when we lost 4-0 to a team that have sold all their best players 2 months ago was incredible to watch. It really was. The stream I was watching had Tony Gayle and some other bloke commentating, Gayle at one point suggested that the fans were on his back because he's a southerner, that the sale of Cabaye was a huge blow and still affecting the team, that the new players have only had 4 games etc etc It was absolutely unbearable, turned it off after 5 minutes. If one player was seemingly holding the whole dressing room together and the entire team together on the pitch, it says everything about the man in charge that 8 months after this player leaves we're still a complete mess.
-
If I see Cabaye's name mentioned again regarding this I'm going to have to kill someone. We sold him EIGHT MONTHS ago for fuck's sake!

I think Moyes would seriously consider it if it were offered to him. He knows that none of the top 4 or 5 are going to come near him after his balls up with Man United, Everton won't want him back with Martinez in charge, after that we're probably one of the biggest clubs he could work for now. The only reason he wouldn't take it is because of the fat cunt in charge.
