I feel like Jesus and Nketiah just aren't it for Arsenal. They desperately need an Ivan Toney type of striker up front, especially in matches like this.
-
Could the camera at Brentford be any further away?
-
So tired of hearing these three names in particular.
-
I laugh every time when they cut to the crowd at Old Trafford, or Anfield, or the Emirates after a goal and it’s just so clearly full of fucking tourists.
-
You have been, multiple times, and yet here we are.
-
Emery should just manage them ffs.
-
He’s just stone cold man and wants the goal himself.
-
I’m convinced the powers that be think this way as well, which is reassuring.

I’ve definitely noticed this too. This time last season there were articles weekly about the latest team-bonding exercise Eddie had come up, how the players are sharing their life stories with each other, etc. But I don’t see any of that this season, we’ve just been too damn busy for any of that. I was thinking we need another one of those two weeks in Saudi Arabia deals to get the team bonded and playing for each other again because right now it definitely doesn’t feel like they are. I think this will be a tale of two halves of a season if there ever was one. My fingers are crossed we get a break, regroup, and see a much improved team in the second half.

Watching the highlights and it makes us look really dominate. Lots of chances just not falling at the right someone’s foot, some good saves from Turner, etc. The highlights made it look like Isak had a good game as well, that run in the 60s looked like he was back to his old self. Obviously watching the entire match could give up different opinions but they definitely made the 1-3 scoreline look incredibly flattering to Forest.

Pretty much this, and especially the part in bold.

Imagine thinking this last season was a one-off and liking it to Pardew’s season. Theres a reason that TCD is likely the most ignored user on the forum. Absolute bollocks, 24/7.

Just to confirm fully; it’s the featured second match today in the ol’ States (and likely elsewhere). Howay the lads and all that.

He just said he was a Dodgers fan the other day. "Fuck the puto Angels" direct quote (he's literally from Anaheim).

One of my two group chats is mostly Liverpool fans. One City fan and one Spurs fan too. It's ridiculous. One of the Liverpool fans even had the audacity the other day that "at least one of this teams was still in the CL" because he's also a fan of Real Madrid (obviously).

I have all the time in the world for Eddie and I hope he's here for 1000 matches, but he really needs to figure out a solution to the way that we play away from home. The flat 4-5-1 ain't it.
-
But it is everywhere that isn't the UK.
-
It's the competition I rank the lowest during the season for sure. Might just be because I'm American though. The FA Cup feels way more important to me.
-
That was the end result, yeah. But it's more about what @middsis talking about when it comes to us having that killer instinct, playing like we've been there before. Teams that have won, that have been there, take that ball into the corner for as long as possible so that there is no counter attack for Trippier to fuck up on. That's the difference between us and others.
-
Miggy taking that shot and not taking it into the corner, leading to their counter that became the goal, is the best example of this.

Aside from Wilson's finish, I hated every other fucking second of that.
