Seriously? Fantastic move!

8 or 17. You mean the only two numbers that are available in the first 20. You don't say! Apart from 3 and 6 you mean? Obviously 3 and 6 is for new defenders
-
Yup. Some people feel that we should be using that £6million towards better defenders, but I'd rather take Smith and the defenders. Just think, if we do get injuries it means Pattison is less likely to get a game. Ideal. True. We should have 10 midfielders just to make sure Pattison don`t get a minute! Or a seccond!

Don`t know if this have been up before, but we`re supposed to launch a £3 mil bid on Fulhams Bouba Diop: http://www.fulhamweb.com/fulhamweb/news/result.asp?article_id=6654 I don`t think he`s Dyers replacement, but just anoter buy, as Dragutinovic, or?
-
Butt will not start. I am unsure about Smith.
-
Obviously, you get the picture of what he`s like, when you read what other people say about him, they who have seen him play a lot. Also, there is not many available full backs in England for sale. Its clearly a good buy this one.
-
I would definitly get him, and this seems like its something in it too. Big Sam wanted him at Bolton, Rozehnal played alongside him and of course, we are desperate for a left back. He is only 21 and already has a few caps for the Senegal team. From reports, he played wonderful last season and is highly rated in France. Love that he is strong, good in the air and speedy. Please buy Sam! I don`t care if he`s 5`11"(Im not operating with inches and shit though ).

Imagine what we would get Appiah, Diop, Faye, Cacapa, Chiellini and Campbell before the transferwindow closes. Sweet dreams, or reality?

How serious is Taylors injury? Its a joke really, but on the bright side, Sam now has no choice concerning the fact that he must bring in defenders! -

Seems more and more like Sam is gonna use Geremi as a midfielder. Then we can also get in a top class right back and get rid of Carr! -

Why does the left sided center back remind me of Scott Parker? Wild guess: because thats his move, which really doesn`t have any effect at all! -

I thought Petrov was on his way to Man City, for sure!? -
No. What we need is 2 CBs, 2 LBs, 1 RB and 1/2 midfielders. Oh, and also to get rid of Stephen Carr. Maybe also Babayaro, but for now we have no choice, but to keep him.
-
Ain't you forgetting Rozza? My bad I meant to say whoever we get Hangeland/Davies and indeed 'Rozza' will still command a decent fee Davies/Hangeland.......Taylor..........Rozza.............Experienced CH Hangeland can neither play leftback, nor rightback!
-
Yeah, lets all pray for that!

As I am Norwegian, it is a nice transfer for me, because then Newcastle would get more attencion in Norway. I have seen him quite a lot, playing for Norway and his earlier club Viking, and I would say he is solid enough to be a backup in Newcastle. He isn`t better than Taylor or Rozehnal at the moment. But the more defenders on the way in, the better! Decent transfer, if it goes through...

Barton available for the Spurs game - Sam

It says it will take 6 weeks to recover. I bet 12. -

Well, our central midfield cover is poor, and my suggestion is to get 1 defencive midfielder, 2 left backs, 1 right back and at least 1 more central defender. 5 new players before September 1st. I think we can conclude with the fact that Newcastle United is cursed. Joey Barton plays one and a half match and gets a broken metatarsal from a friendly game against Carlisle. How is that possible? > -

This is insane. This is madness. This is sick. Well, now we obviously need a new midfielder too! For the love of God, we can`t play Nicky Butt! Oh dear! -

I dont believe this. F***** cursed club. Very Strange though, that the news isn`t online!!!! By the way, if it were to be a broken metatarsal, he would be out of play for at least 4 or 5 months, as correctly spelled from Lt. McClane here! So how serious can this story be?! -
When do we get to know who this man is? This is taking to much time!
