It's definitely a part of it and daring referee's to make to decisions is probably a wise strategy. I wouldn't even care if their fans didn't act like they play some elite level of football.
-
At halftime they will complain that Joelinton committed two fouls and is still on the pitch, that our wall is too tall, that Gordon should be arrested, and that Tindall is in the technical area.
-
On the replay they have at least two players committing infractions that would be called holding in the NFL.

£200M NOW YOU CHEATS

Tonali looks like an adult playing with kids at the park sometimes.
-
All because Willock's awful first touch.
-
SAME OLD ARSENAL, ALWAYS CHEATING needs a good airing right now.
-
I'm still mad thinking about those posts from their forum that were in the pre-match thread. Do they not realize how their team plays?
-
Weakest part of Tino's game on display there. He really doesn't know what to do sometimes in crowded attacking spaces.
-
The main issue is the whole process is so opaque. A club could do something they anticipate will be a four point deduction and it could end up being eight. You'd have to know you're signing up for a legal battle and, fair or not, it'd be much higher profile if it was Saudi led Newcastle as opposed to Bournemouth or something.

The adult in the room needs to be making the long term decision. It’s fine for Eddie to want to keep him - coaches never want to lose anyone who might play - but the counter voice with a view to summer and beyond is where we went astray in the last 18 months.

Scrolling through Twitter and Reddit there is some real animosity towards Forest because they “cheated.” As if they didn’t get punished and push on. Considering this is almost entirely coming from ‘big 6’ supporters it’s so frustrating how anti-competitive they are. And willfully blind to the advantages they have.
-
After they play Wolves tomorrow, which is not a given then Forest have: Liverpool (Southampton) Bournemouth Brighton Fulham Newcastle Arsenal City If they are still in the top 5 after that then fair play to them.
-
This discussion is infuriating and yet way better than if we were losing.
-
No doubt it’s a big achievement. But it is not less likely now that we’ve won 5 straight. In fact, it’s more likely now than it was the day before we played Leicester.
-
We probably won’t get 12 because it’s hard to win four in a row but it has nothing to do with the five previous.
-
Not sure why Chelsea would be penciled in for anything given their current form.
-
Double over Spurs. Get in.

Most likely he will be rusty for awhile.

I don't disagree with any of that. PSR is poorly constructed and unfair. We should be able to have depth in each position, particularly if owners are willing to spend money. But if we accept the rules aren't changing, at least in the near term, then spending 3-4% of our revenue on a 27 year old who is only a backup LW is a poor use of the resources we have. This has nothing to do with the player, who I love, and I would be annoyed if we were forced to sell him, but as we look around at our options to create flexibility and improve the first XI this is almost certainly an option under consideration. I also realize that if we do sell him Gordon will get hurt the next day.
-
This is why I really wanted us to move on Almiron and/or Trippier in the summer regardless of the fee. The two combined are over £8m of costs.
-
What am I being gaslit about?

In our current position we cannot afford to have two expensive players who play the same position and seemingly can't be accommodated in the starting XI at the same time. There's little point in having two good left wingers when we don't have a right winger (with apologies to Murphy's current form).
