That's a nice little stat. Actually makes me giddy.
-
Bargain. If he was coming from anywhere else that would not be there.
-
Sounds like he's getting abused on Twitter by angry mancs.
-
The articles I've seen describe him as a winger, but he looked to be playing more centrally in the highlights I've seen.
-
For anything under £1m I think it's a no-brainer.
-
Means we'll have the best midfield in the league in 2-3 years. Also, I don't think we're not focused on strikers/defenders. I think we see an opportunity and are trying to take advantage of it. In fact, that's pretty much the basis for our entire transfer policy, which is why we won't always fill a position that needs filling.

Serious question - what has Morrison done other than the witness intimidation thing? Is the rest just laziness/bad attitude?
-
What makes you think he will get in the team here, to occupy him enough to be a good lad ? Fact is, he's a c***. Witness intimidation, people like that don't change at his age. When there older maybe. but he's too young with what sounds like a terriblely bad attitude. The risk is way to great as the chances of us getting anything from him are zip. If fergie and the players around him, cannot tell this kid what he's pissing away. What the hell makes you think we could. If where looking to spend a million on a prospect, why not pick up a less talented player and coach him to be better. Rather than trying to straighten out a idiot ? Because you can only get so much out of limited talent? This is a low risk, high ceiling situation. I'd be a little leery, but excited if we signed him.
-
Really don't see the harm in taking a chance on him. Best case: we buy a supremely talented player for peanuts, he straightens himself out, and he becomes a star. We then sell him for 15x what we paid [/Ashley] Worst case: he's similar to Ranger and never fulfills his promise, we lose out on less than a million. A troubled youngster is not going to disrupt the squad unity or anything like that.

I'm going to kill myself if I have to root for Liverpool in the final.
-
I'll take all three thank you very much. Probably the only part of the article you need to read though:
-
I love this thread mainly for when people say they wouldn't want a player that a) would never come here b) would be very good for us. Hernandez and Ba would be fucking incredible.
-
Good. Now loan him somewhere else where he'll play RB. If we did that it would be a good year for him with some good experience in different places/positions.
-
KD is a good poster. One of my favorite things about this board is the group of non-NUFC supporters. Wish there were a few more.
-
Text says an agent called NUFC and offered him for 20m. We said no so they said 15m plus add-ons and we would be willing to do it for 10m.
-
And more importantly eliminate any realistic chance we have of qualifying for Europe.
-
So should I feel better, worse, or has nothing changed?
-
We need to get him to sign a new deal this month, if only to save our ass in the summer.
-
I'm guessing everyone saw Keown get hit with the ball? Dying laughing at that.
-
Like a fairytale. I hope Leeds score to shatter the moment.
-
Ramsey (just 21), Wilshere (just 20) and Chamberlain (18). Not bad, not bad at all.
-
So we loaned him to Wednesday and he ended up spending most of his time at RW? That kind of sucks for him/us. Although I guess it's good to know he's versatile.
-
Blackburn and Wigan are the two I really want to see gone. The others I'd like to see aren't going to happen so I'll say QPR. Would have said Bolton for sure in the past, but I like Coyle.
-
Really excited about the FA Cup this year. Probably has something to do with not being worried about relegation/promotion and having a decent team. Good draw all around for us.
