For me, the first half of the season where people are saying his form cost us the title, I thought he looked like one of the best ever players id seen here. His power and all round game puts him ahead of Cole for me. Cole was great in the promotion push, though I think we would have got there without him, and that first season back finishing 3rd, the goal scoring record. Never forget that night against Villa- but I never felt comfortable with him, always seemed 1 game away from walking out on the club. ( bit like KK i suppose ) Ferdinand for me.

If you've busted a gut to find space a few times and he's not passed the ball I reckon it would put you off expending so much energy every time he gets the ball. He passes the ball when there's options available. ho doesn't.
