Let's see how he does without a team of Championship players. Well we lost 10 in the Championship and this Bournemouth team is full of Surman, Pugh, Daniels, Arter etc. Four 1-0 defeats agaist Huddersfield, Brighton, Burnley and Bournemouth is horrific - he's not immune to criticism here. probs would have won 2-3 of them mind if Rafa had been backed sensibly in the summer.
