  1. Has anyone on here got any of the FA coaching badges? If so, what are the courses like? Been something I've planned on doing for years but just recently I've had the urge to really get stuck into it and start on my Level 1 badge.
  2. When they asked that little girl who she thought was going to win the World Cup, I was really hoping she'd say Newcastle. Superb to see though.
  3. Anything in betting terms is random and unpredictable though.
  4. I can see Heskey starting to be honest mate. It wouldn't be a major surprise but I reckon Crouch may have done just enough to get the nod for this one. Was tempted to back one or both of the above line-up's with Heskey in place of Crouch but decided to risk it.
  5. England Starting XI v USA: Green, Johnson, Cole, A, Terry, King, Lennon, Lampard, Gerrard, Cole, J, Crouch, Rooney - £10 @ 5/1 England Starting XI v USA: James, Johnson, Cole, A, Terry, King, Lennon, Lampard, Gerrard, Cole, J, Crouch, Rooney - £10 @ 15/2
  6. I wanted to do a few more but thought I'd better get some sleep! One I did miss off was: Argentina Group Points: 9 - 11/4 Single - Total stake: £10.00 to win £27.50
  7. Started my World Cup betting portfolio tonight, will probably only bet on individual games from now on unless something else takes my fancy tomorrow. He should have done a Tim Cahill celebration.

    Soccer Aid 2010

In all honesty, I'd definitely take Henrik Larsson for a season.

Please, please, please get Nicky Butt on now. I'd love to see him try and get anywhere near Figo and Zidane.

Nicky Byrne doing his best impression of John Terry.
  14. Gone for Jan Vermeer, looks the pick from the form. Rewilding seems to have a lot of support because Frankie's on board although I reckon he will be in contention anyway.
  15. It let me add it up too but it also brought up an exclamation mark next to each selection which when you hover over it, says: "Attention! This bet can only be played in certain combinations."
  16. I'm positive that bet you've mentioned there is complete and utter bollocks. Just tried it, bwin will let you do the first - 829/100 odds, £10 gets you £92.88 I've just tried it too; it won't allow it to go through because they're related.

  18. Fuck off Carragher, you cunt.
  19. Routledge does cross well, to be fair. He occasionally puts in a sweet ball but is very inconsistent with his crossing. There were times during the season season when he was under no pressure at all yet messed his cross up. It was infuriating at times, as it's clear to see he can deliver a good ball but those balls don't come often enough. It's one thing I'd really like him to try and improve on during the summer because it could be invaluable for the team as a whole. Would you prefer someone like Liam Lawrence? Good cross, good set pieces but not as pacey. Someone in between would be nice. I'd probably opt for Routledge because I think Lawrence is quite a limited player. He isn't that bad, but nothing to get excited about whereas Routledge can make something happen with his trickery and good footwork.

He's an awful lot better at crossing than Jonas, for instance. The reason I said occasionally is because I'd say his ratio of good crosses to poor crosses would be in favour of the latter by a decent number. No doubting the second point either, even though Jonas did manage to improve his crossing as the season progressed.
