  1. He's absolutely robbing a living at Man Utd.
  2. What's this 'Scotland' people are talking about?
  3. Couldn't even beat us this season.... They also lost 6-1 at home to their main competitors, failed to qualify from a simple Champions League group and accomplished nothing of note in the Europa League. Well, the last thing is a bit meaningless, though. It looked like they didn't care in the Euro League. Wouldn't be surprised if Ferguson told them to get knocked out in order to win the league against Man City - especially after they got knocked out, too. They cared. They just got outclassed by Bilbao though.
  4. McNally's wrong - it's at least 9 games.

I can't wait. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1301712/Buy-buy-Martin-How-ONeill-spent-120million-years-Aston-Villa.html If it gets us 3 consecutive 6th places finishes, great cup runs and also European football then I'll take it. Even if it set you back 10 years ala Villa right now?? For starters it won't because we have a great owner and chairman in Short, unlike that idiot Lerner who thinks that he has more money than he actually does. Short knows what he's doing - He wouldn't give Martin O'Neill the massive funds to sign average players such as those, also we work on a tight wage budget that won't be broken, unlike Villa. Didnt you just sign Oshea and Wes brown on massive 5 year contracts  And are you saying he will dictate to MON who he can and cant sign. I'm sure that will go down well. Oh, your boy Catts had a stormer today. Saw him give the ball straight to the oppostion on three occasions in the second hald despite being under no pressure what so ever. Better than Tiote O'Shea and Brown to wage cuts to fit into the structure, see my earlier post. Short won't dictate who we sign, but he shall give O'Neill a strict budget to work around, unlike Lerner who just threw money at him like it was confetti, that was never going to end well. Catts had a great game today (I was there), you're judging him off 3 mistakes? Thing with Lee Lee Lee Clattermole Clattermoleeeee, is he is a horrible little c***, thinks he is hard as f***ing nails, still remember him crying at Boro when got sent off or booked or some s***, total clogger of a player - can't believe your fans like him, you can tell every team's players think he is a prick - for me he represents you very well - exactly as I see your lot - most of you anyway, I do have some mates that unfortunately are. A fair few pricks have represented you aswell to be fair, Barton, Carroll, Bowyer, Ranger To be fair don't think Carroll really fits in with them lunatics he just glassed someone, the rest are multiple offenders Carroll got done for multiple things, assault, domestic abuse and also the use of class A substances (cocaine) along with Nolan anarl. Never got done for coke I don't believe, right about the others but Barton, Bowyer both a bit worse, totally detestable c***s at times, Quite liked how Barton riled the opposition though. Didn't Bent beat his lass and your classy lot racially abused his mam, suarez wannabe c***s Yeah, that did happen, hopefully those fans are never allowed to enter a football stadium again. Can't stand racism. Bent didn't beat his lass. But didn't your fans lob missiles at his car when he was out on a shopping trip? Was probably your lot on a day trip to the capital of the north east for the day - I won't even call that lot fans, neanderthals tbh Why would our own fans attack our best player? They attacked his mother. Verbally, not physically. Thank God. I'm pretty sure your fans have abused past players anarl. Erm, he was still a mackem when they abused her.

Why? What rule has he broken? http://www.newcastle-online.org/nufcforum/index.php/topic,19155.msg0.html http://www.newcastle-online.org/nufcforum/index.php/topic,91087.0.html There's a precedent. Agree with midds though and think the guy seems alright, AT THE MOMENT. Forgot about that one. That's how Wireside started too...

  9. Was just about to join you until I saw Mark Halsey was ref. Well left. £100 up for the day now. Unfortunate for you really. Without even seeing the game, I'd guess that if Halsey wasn't the ref, at least one more player would have been booked!

Wrong. He knew that we would have to cut back and work on a budget, after spending heavily for the past 3 years. What made him leave was that Lerner manoeuvred the sales of top players such as Barry and Milner behind O'Neill's back. Think you'll find that you're the one that's wrong.
  11. f*** right off. Not in great numbers, but our fans were terrific. Blatantly just here to try to wind people up, what s**** Has to be.
  12. Was just about to join you until I saw Mark Halsey was ref.
  13. Aye, in effect it's just 3 4-folds and a six-fold. Just paired off my selections. Fair enough, didn't really think of it like that.
  14. Stu, who's your trixie with? Never seen a bet like that before where they'll accept you doubling up selections.
  15. Toss up between today and against United for me, he was great in the 3-0 aswell pretty much had Nani in his pocket showed more attacking threat that night too. It seems he puts in good defensive performance when he knows he has to, just a matter of getting those performances consistently while taking little if nothing at all away from his attacking game. Not again ffs!
  16. The guy's clearly exhausted, at the very least... he could use a rest in my opinion. We've got a tough end to the season, and any opportunity to recharge our best players, for the run-in, should be taken as far as i'm concerned. Shola's playing well at the moment anyway. It'll be a very physical game against Stoke, and if we're missing all three of Coloccini, Williamson and Tiote - i think we'll have to compensate a bit. That doesn't mean playing into the opposition's hands - it's just covering your backs. We know they're dangerous from set pieces. So anyway, do you fancy actually having a discussion on this occasion - or are you just going to reply with another smiley? Seems you've got a very inflated opinion of yourself nowadays, Sewelly. You're an asset to the forum because there's no doubting your knowledge of the game (particularly abroad), and i'm happy to read posts from people who know more about a certain subject than i do. But your posting style is pretty tedious since you got bummed at the forum awards. Wish you'd give it a rest. Have I missed something like?

Perfect chant of "who's the herbert in the cap?" for when we play them next season.
