Just too many captaincy options this week
I'd have put the Brighton and Swansea games down as disappointing. Every team misses chances - that's normal - it's more about the in-game changes that were disappointing.
Their fixtures aren't too bad tbh - can see them getting at least a point at QPR, then there's Preston. Remarkable that they're so close to 21st place although I'd hesitate to call them lucky after a season like this
It frustrates me seeing him at Fulham because I've always been a fan of his and think a sustained run in our team would have us several points better off now. Ah well, life happens!
I thought I was negative
The only thing I'm concerned about is Rafa's home tactics, which are a constant letdown. I don't entirely trust him to set us up correctly.
Aye. If Chelsea keep stuttering, they'll go into that final game stuck in 5th, with Conte leaving and everyone trying to avoid World Cup injuries. For us, it's an extremely winnable game. Arsenal too, for obvious reasons.
Hmm I'd still be shocked if Palace or Swansea went down, mind.
If we win 2 of the Southampton, Huddersfield, Arsenal and West Brom home games, I think we'll get an away win at either Leicester, Everton or Watford - they'll be on their holidays. 3 wins = safety.
Certainly need to beat either Southampton or Huddersfield, both tough in their own way. Southampton are underachieving but drawing a lot, they're not that bad. Huddersfield enjoy beating us, the hard-working bastards.
