Well I certainly don't buy this 'lots of shite down there this season' line. They're beating the big sides all the time, several are on good form.

That, combined with Brighton beating Arsenal, back-to-back Huddersfield wins, Swansea beating Liverpool & Arsenal. Everyone beating Arsenal, basically. We just can't catch a break.

Results are getting more and more absurd, I don't think we have a chance of survival.

Must not lose, although it'd be pathetic if we approach this one like the Brighton and Swansea games. But I have faith that a corner has been turned of late.

My predictor has Southampton finishing on 34pts, even though I was trying hard to give them credit. Stoke have 3 winnable home games, just like us. WBA gone. Outside chance of Brighton or Palace but probably not, whilst the others should be comfortably safe. 7.

2-0 defeat to Liverpool is par, so that's no problem. We were mostly solid today, certainly no disgrace. And avoiding that Lascelles red was ridiculous. Just hope we risk Slimani next week

We knew we'd lose this but the rest has been mixed. Swansea will be safe, unfortunately, but Southampton 0-0 Stoke was perfect. Have to beat one of Southampton or Huddersfield though.

That's why I was into meltdown after last weekend - if Brighton didn't beat Swansea, they'd be looking good for relegation. But now they don't need much.

Yeah my plan was to wildcard around GW32 or GW33, just in time for the double gameweeks. But then my squad is horrific (Walcott, Choupo-Moting, Wilson, Ogbonna etc) and could really do with refurbishment. Most of that planned wildcard team have good games now, so thinking of pulling a maverick move here.
