  1. He did it again. I'd give it a 7/10 - impressive but not as strong as last time.
  2. Compared to Terry, Cole and Drogba he's an angel.
  3. He should try supporting Newcastle.
  4. Turns out we were miles away. Glad we didnt get 4th haha.
  5. Despite containing some despicable human beings, i cant help but smile at these celebrations. Fair play to them. 9 years in the making, with Bob Matthews as manager, it's a great story.

    Harry Redknapp

Hopefully Spurs meltdown as much as Harry's face has done. Have a triffic night, Saggs!
  7. You have to respect Neville's commitment to groaning. He dared to dream.
  8. Souness: "Bertrand will have got a taste of this last week against Blackburn". Yes. Yes he did, Graeme.
  9. Germany's 2nd best vs England's 6th best, both under-strength, in a battle to become the best team in Europe.
  10. Smart of Chelsea to double up on the wingers. Without them, it's hard to see Bayern being a threat with a patched up defence and no Luis Gustavo.
  11. Absolutely gutted they've won that. The only thing I cared about Championship-wise was West Ham not going up and now they have. It's horrible seeing Allardyce be happy, but ah well. Blackpool should've destroyed them in that 2nd half.
  12. People assume we'll play some youngsters in Europe but if we get to the groups and are seeded 3rd/4th, we can't play them against the massive teams and we'd have to beat the small ones. I worry that our squad won't be big enough to cope.
  13. Hopefully Chelsea can win for screwing Spurs over and boosting our coefficient. But I won't be actively cheering them on.....i'll just silently nod if they do it. They've got some horrible human beings.
  14. Yep, it's always a great listen. Vickery and Brassell are outstanding, although recently they've had Luke Moore from The Football Ramble on. He's easily the best on the TFR but he's been exposed on the the phone in IMO saying that not many people match up to Brassell in terms of all round knowledge of European football. Plus he likes the Toon. Aye I noticed that too. On last week's phone-in he passed on a few questions, which Brassell wouldn't do. Wheelock is pretty good too, but I think the show needs to cover Asia more.

  16. They're 7 hours ahead of us, so 10am here is 5pm there.
  17. The problem with Brazil is they have grueling state championships before the national one, so there's far too many games. And these state competitions will often see national giants play teams with barely hundreds of fans....they need to sort it out and streamline it. Is Teixeira's replacement likely to change this or not?
  18. And Spain are an hour ahead, so it'd have to be 10am over here.

To be fair, if you calculate the table since O'Neill arrived, give them the derby win (FTM!!!!) and awarded them 4 points for a win, they probably are.
  20. No way Brummie will be getting flashbacks. Typical MON would be to play him at right back at the expense of actual full back specialists at the club wouldn't it..? God, if this is true it's a brilliant start to their summer transfer activities. I can see a small flame just past Penshaw Monument, it must be the transfer window again!
  21. No way Brummie will be getting flashbacks.
  22. After gracing Barrow, Shrewsbury and Rochdale I guess he thinks he's ready for the Champions League.
