half the team were playing with injuries last season, Joelinton in particular, so it's no surprise it's come back to haunt us/him.
from what I know, the decision to play injured comes from the player themselves, going against the medical teams advice, so make of that what you will. maybe Howe and his staff need to put their foot down and not let them play, but with such a limited squad it's not that straight forward. I don't think blame lies with one particular party.
it is what it is, we got a top 4 finish because of it and some amazing memories. probably justified if you ask me. a stronger squad alleviates most of these issues. so if you're looking to blame something, blame FFP and the Super League 6.

can we play this lot every week? they’re honking.

right, last one from me Tyne Bridge inspired
main criticism I've got with this site is you can't do much with the shorts/socks. I'd of liked to duplicate the shoulder panel from the shirt down to the shorts, or at least add a trim.

btw, away kit is now down to £35 on Kitbag if anyone hasn't got it yet, or is after a late christmas present for someone

they're both class. I don't even mind the white panel on the back either, it's done really well.

Literally don't think there's a single player out there wearing long sleeves now. They've all but been replaced by the base layer.
the games gone Yorksta. Thierry would be rolling in his grave.

Does being an Adidas elite club mean we'll have long sleeved shirt options?
I think we’d get them anyway. it’s genuinely one of the things I’m most looking forward to wonder if any of the players would wear them. can’t think of any from Arsenal on Man Utd that do off the top of my head.

there’s potential in that. stripe width is basically perfection.
although the adidas stripes on the shoulder make it look like a 2 stripe knock off not sure on the red and gold. think it’s hard to use an accent colour without it looking a bit naff.
you can search for Newcastle in their showcase bit, some cracking designs people have made.

the atmosphere could be a lot better, but the owners should be the last people complaining. they’ve done absolutely nothing to help the situation.
they’re the ones who can implement changes such as more safe standing and the ability for people to pick where they sit in order to group like minded fans together.

I can't remember the last time I've seen so many of the home shirts out and about - seems to have been a really popular seller. I've seen next to nothing of this though, which is no great surprise as it's a load of nowt. No idea what the pattern is supposed to be which just makes it unmemorable.
feel like the first Adidas kit sales will be off the charts. as long as they don't do owt daft, they're going to be everywhere!
