Various: Mike Ashley in talks with Sheikh Khaled bin Zayed Al Nehayan

I see my only contribution to the thread has already been made. This PCP is the lady thats been at the matches, or someone new? She's the one who tried to buy yous out but FSG rejected. -
Horrific refereeing by a pair of clowns.

Spot on, defeats the whole point of sport. Yup. It also shows that the manager is only out for himself to make sure he can always get another job when this gig goes south. "Look i can get results, me".

Why not? It's the reality. I don't imagine any of the players don't know this deep down. The idea is that if they stick together and believe in Rafa and his methods, they could do well as a collective.

This biscuit man? I thought he'd already ruled out any interest. Yes it's biscuit man. I told my cousin the same which is why he said he'd ask them again. -

Well if we're all contributing with bits and pieces of what we've heard, I was told the following by my cousin, who is a personal friend of Murat Ulker: While having dinner with Murat and his entourage, I asked about NUFC, and their reply was "we're going for it". I've since asked my cousin to try to get more info. -

The only reason this needs to hurry the fuck up is because we need players in January to abate the danger of going down. We could be taking an unnecessary risk - again - if we don't bring in what we need. Otherwise the takeover can take its sweet time as long as it gets done right eventually. -

Lad who has lived in Dubai for about 5 years, used to be on the supporters committee. Good lad, generally clued up, he's been banging the NUFC drum over there for years. For aeons basically -

I wouldn't be at all surprised if there were other interested parties, besides PCP. -
One of the biggest myths going. If anything, he tries hard to hide during games and is very good at it.

Burnley 1-0 Newcastle United - 30/10/17 - post match whinging from p27

Switched this off at HT to spend some quality FIFA pro clubs time. Seems it was a good decision now. Burnley are a glorified pub side and their manager is a glorified pub owner. -

Will be an awful match. Only goal scored by that guy who looks like Samaras who always seems to score against us and never seems to retire. -
That was a clean tackle. All ball.

The euphoria of winning is often about overcoming adversity to achieve results. With bags of money comes a reduced sense of that feeling of achievement. I would definitely prefer to be bought by someone intelligent with decent finances (like Ashley basically on the finances part), who will understand what it takes to create a positive club environment and give the manager what he needs to succeed. -
Maybe it would be easier if you told us where you haven't worked in the last few months, as you seem to be up and down the country talking football willy nilly. That's all I do going around the UK talking about football, great isn't it. Great stuff. Maybe you should be documenting it in some form or another.
