Prffff formations are for losers True, there is some disagreement as to there efficacy in the footballing fraternity. All the other managers say they matter, Pardew says they don't. -

True, Pardew is strangling a talented bunch of players (and Shola) to death with his bizarre line ups and nonsensical substitutions. -

They are direct, powerful and full of aggressive running. They are not Barcelona, we can match them but square pegs in round holes is making it much harder. -

Really? They are a hard working team but they are not top 4 material. We need to match their work rate which we largely did in the first half. Problem is Pardew's stupid lop sided 'formations' more than anything. -
Can't see anyone taking a punt on Ba with all the possible agent fees and huge wages. By next summer he will only have a year left and any interested clubs will be even less likely to buy him when they can sit tight for 12 months and use any transfer fee to offset his agent's demands and his astronomical wages. If Ba wants to sit his contract out there is fuck all Pardew can do about it which makes his comments about moving him on even more stupid. The hierarchy can see all this coming so they have wheeled out good old AP to stoke up a bit if interest.

Jesus, the thought of Willamson facing Falcao next season is terrifying!

There's plenty of perspiration, just no inspiration. We are just outclassed, out passed and out thought all over the pitch. -

Mark Hughes is available.
-
Back to basics, he can start by ditching the suit. Who does he fucking think he is, Guardiola? Get the tracky on and roll the sleeves up because this needs sorting ASAP.
-
Exactly, which is why he is Ashley's ideal manager because he won't rock the boat. No way he'll get sacked unless we are anchored in the bottom three in January.
-
He was already past Evans when he went down, that's why he was sent off.
-
It probably was a foul but Torres found the need to collapse his body and go to ground when there was no reason to. Fuck him he's a diver anyway.

Lots of perspiration, no inspiration. We can play the ball but the gap between the front two and midfield is still too big, hence long speculative balls. -
