Just watched the match now, due to my kids birthday. The wise thing would be to wait until later in then week, as I am fairly pissed off now. Its not that we play extremely bad, but its like almost every fucking match this season. We have absolutely no creativity or plan going forward. Or we have a plan, triangles all over the place but little to no urgency. Just frustrating. At the back there are huge space between the lines when we do not have the ball. I mean, we are showing absolutely no sign of progression this season, and loosing to sunderland twice this season just exemplifies this NUFC team. All bark, no bite. We need a good striker, that’s obvious. I do not want to see Wilock ever again. Elanga, not sure where to start. He have everything to be great, but heart of a pea and almost no football IQ. I want to give Howe a summer to fix the obvious weaknesses, but i am on the edge at the moment regarding his approach and lack of adaptability. I hate football just now.

What a fucking season. Feels like I have seen this match 10 times this season, and we never learn😂
-
What a joke this is.

Rule that out you cunts
-
Fucking shit offside ruling..

But in terms of play and performance, did the tough fixture list drain us in August. If this had been a dip since December I would agree, unfortunately it is not. Started bad, many did say it would click soon. Then it’s the fixtures. There is always excuses.
-
The beginning of the end. Been shit all season, excuses can be made, but I see absolutely no improvement. I am happy he tried something different today, throwing all strikers out there right out of Bruce’s playbook 😂 (genuinely happy he tried something different)

Losing faith, slowly and steadily. Fucking shit situation as I like him, but something have to give soon, as this is terrible.
-
I like it, nothing to lose.

A Hail Mary from Howe in this second half.
-
I can not believe someone watching this half coming to the conclusion this was alright. Not a dig , but we could barely string a pass together and looks completely derived of Ideas as soon as we get the ball. Only way we get forward is to run in a straight line hoping for the best, no movement around the runner. Infuriating stuff

Not sure what to say, players look feed up. We play with no confidence and looks so like we have never played together before. Howe must be under pressure now. No clue at the moment.

Ffs people need to grow up, Sandro is the least of our problems. Just the defensive work he does makes him an obvious starter. Fans at times, as soon as a player are rumored away they start to build this illusion that he is crap and it’s good riddance. Has he been in the best form lately, no. Is he a excellent player, yes.

I really doubt professional athletes gains a world of confidence having lost 5-1 in a knockout fixture against a side barely out off 2 gear in the second half.

Sorry, I might took it wrong way. So no worries. I understand your reasoning, I just think it’s to shortsighted and we need to rest when we can. If we lose 3-0 or 3-2 does not really matter, if you ask me.
-
I think everyone is very happy I am not. Great comeback 👍
-
give up? We where 5-0 down with 50 minutes to play. We had already given up. We have the rest of the season to worry about. Rest the lads. To your question , Osula or Neave.
-
Lets see how that works out… Just run the players to the ground and hope they get some confidence 😂
-
The selection is not the issue here. But when you are down 5-0 with 50min left on the clock, just give the youngster a run out. Tactically we got what we expected.
-
I just can’t understand why he use Barnes now. Rotate the squad, this game is gone. Love Howe, but he is a stubborn fuck when it comes to tactics and squad management.

We are so bad at the moment, like we can’t keep the ball, sloppy passes and so fucking weak in transition, both ways. -
Patrick Zabi set to sign for Paris FC next season

No, but based on previous windows etc it’s a fair assumption. For the life of me, why leave it so late?
