He wasn't wrong, Ramsey was awful last season. Don't think anyone expected him to suddenly look like one of the best midfielders in the league. Ben Arfa was awful when he came back from injury and couldn't find form, too. You don't write your own players off when they've proven to be very effective pre-injury. Not often i agree with Ronaldo but he's spot on here. Ron gets this a lot, i tend to see a lot agreeing with him though He's got a bit of 'Dave' in him where he will post a word or two, possibly a short sentence at best to a discussion but then think that is good enough for his argument because he is right, they rarely get drawn in to explaining themselves and expressing their actual opinion It's called economy of expression. No, it's called Ronan motherfucker Keating. That son bitch knew what he was on about.

Someone's gonna have to put me off this Napoli bet. bwin have taken leave of their senses with these odds. Just a matter of a) whether they hang around and b) Higuain (and ideally Hamsik) start.
-
I should have gone with my gut and put a decent wedge on Spurs -1 as well. Would've been a fair old price.

Cheers mate, appreciated.

Started last night and looked good. Would expect him to be the starting striker, something wrong if he isn't.

Those Napoli odds as above are still there.... Just need to see Higuain/Hamsik starting and it's full steam ahead. Have a feeling if they are both starting, the odds might not be there come that time. Seriously ridiculous odds. Everywhere else - correctly - has it as odds-on. Maybe bwin know something I don't.

Few early things that stand out from tomorrow, IMO anyway: Nice @ 13/5 - away to Nantes. After getting twatted 4-0 at Lyon on the opening day, since then they've got 11 points from 15, most recently coming off back-to-back wins, scoring 6 and conceding zero, including an impressive 2-0 at Lille. Both of Nantes' wins (W2 D1 L3 so far) have come at home predictably, but neither are anything to write home about (Sochaux and Bastia). 13/5 looks big therefore for Nice to get a victory. Can get 11/8 DNB at many places, and 8/11 double chance. Isco anytime @ 7/4 (Will Hill) - Elche v Real Madrid. Put simply, he's started in great form, 4 goals already. Pending team selection (Madrid derby at the weekend - potential for some rotation), you'd fully expect RM to continue their goalscoring antics (10 in the last 2 games). ============= OK, so the above 2 are interesting, but get this: Bwin go 2/1 on Higuain to score/Napoli to win tomorrow. I don't really need to say anything. WHAT?! Only danger is he doesn't start. But if that's still there tomorrow after it's confirmed he's playing, then I'm getting all over it. Edit: fuck that, might not even wait. Hamsik and Napoli is 7/2! It's 8/13 with PP!

I want to be sick all over Napoli's odds tomorrow. BEST price 1/6. Some going for 1/8. Offensively bad.

More people should definitely not be like Ashley Cole. Loved Kanchelskis.
-
Malaga left it very late, but ex-Real Madrid legend Portillo did the job.
-
Haha, yeah. He did.

Love the stubbornness with Defoe. You're allowed to admit he can be a very good goalscorer on his day, while maintaining - correctly - he has obvious flaws. No-one is saying he's a world-class consistent goalscorer. He is, however, a very, very useful player to have in your squad and is overwhelmingly likely to get you goals. "Bang average" he certainly is not. Feel free to continue the bizarre anti-Defoe fetish you lads have, though.

Ah, new page wanker club. How's it going?

More goals tonight for poor, mediocre Defoe.
-
Good job, chaps. Good jobs. Got an additional Chelsea -1/Malaga over 1.5 goals double as well as the main treble which came in, unfortunately Almeria's leaky defence looking annoyingly solid. We'll see. Shame I didn't put more on the treble. Was prepared to go very heavy. Ah well, can't get greedy. Good night.

2-0 Man City. Delightful.
-
And it's going even better. Man City, don't you dare fuck about.
-
OK, this is going far too well.
-
He's going to be impossible to ignore if he continues like this. Another run there where 3 or 4 players couldn't get near him.
-
I'm sort of waiting for Aston Villa to score to put a spanner in the works.
-
Deulofeu has been fucking amazing so far. Skinning numerous players for fun.

Steven Naismith, goal machine.
