22 PL games (19 starts), 5 goals and 2 assists mclean 25 PL games (15 starts) 5 goals and 5 assists hba aye, mclean really has been tearing it up hasn't he? same goals and assists as HBA in 4 more starting appearances Not only that but..... Ben Arfa is a clearly superior footballer to anyone with their sight still vaguely serving them. Also, McClean appears to be spectacularly stupid. Are Sunderland fans this reclusive to the idea of any sort of good player joining their team (hence they completely overrate their own side), or is it just because he plays for Newcastle?
  2. Dempsey out is a massive blow. Fulham (and you) will have to hope Spurs have "one of those days".

It is pretty inconceivable. With all due respect, you're not our rivals, remember.

    Yeah, because he loves us.
  6. Dinho, just stick £700 on top 4 qualification and be done with it.
  7. The lower bets represent decent value. Say you stick £20 on the top one. 9/2 = overall return of £110. Now, going to the bottom one, and the 2 'specific' scenarios that could happen to allow the first 'overall' bet to come off: £20 @ 15/1 = £320 return £20 @ 7.8/1 = £176 return Now, take off the 20 quid from the other 'specific' bet, you have a minimum winning return of £156. Both scenarios could even happen, though. If you're wanting to bet on you finishing in the top 4, surely sticking money on the 2 different scenarios is the way to go? Probably confused myself there anyway. It's Friday.

Translated - I'm fuckin desperate for this to be a draw. Would certainly suit the tramp best. Also, "funny feeling"? Yes, what a wild notion it is, thinking a game that logically has a draw as a likely result, is going to be a draw.
  10. Interesting what Ferguson said about the 6-1 - specifically regarding how Man Utd were naive and that at 1-3 down, they should have been a lot more sensible and accept they were likely to be drubbed if they kept going forward as Man City were looking lethal that day. That 6 goal swing in the last 10 minutes looks to have shafted them.
  11. Why are they pathetic? Because people think the shirt is shit? The '96' on the back is tacky and entirely unnecessary. Or is it there to be purposefully controversial? As a marketing ploy, it's a potential masterstroke. Cheap.
  12. je85 has found a happy medium with his betting. He's making ends meet.
  13. I had a few quid on Cav odds were shitty though, as they will be for every flat stage especially with nice strain run ins like today so Sky can ramp up the train. For this evening a couple of pennies on Santos to win both halves, Universidad de Chile to Score 4 or more and Universidad de Chile to Score exactly 3. Universidad de Chile v Deportivo Quito - Universidad de Chile to Score 4 or More Goals @ 7/2 (Win) Santos v Bolivar La Paz - Santos @ evens (Win) 4 days of profit from 5 at the minute, on a roll. Only little steaks though but keeps it ticking over nicely. Well done.

That is too far clearly ineptitude to understand.
  17. One of those leaked Man Utd shirts is shit. The other one is even worse. Haven't made my mind up which is which.
  18. Pretty much. Disappointing that's the only thing we have to play for, considering how they've been this season.
  19. Oh aye, forgot about that. Was it a 5/1 shot that for some reason was 50/1?
