  1. I'm sure you'll just about survive.
  2. At most, a minute and a half of going on about how Carroll looks like he's the real deal, and how he's going to get on at Liverpool. Oh yeah Newcastle lost a good player; huge fee mind. That'll be about it.
  3. Hope you like pizza and crime. Crime? Why go to Italy when you can just pop down to Sinners?
  4. I'll bet you £100 that we won't go down this year. PM me for details. Get any reply?
  5. Er, well, you've just lost your best player permanently. If that doesn't/didn't have any sort of impact on the team then blimey, you've got a hell of a team spirit and mentality. Why does it matter, if it's not must win? Must draw.
  6. Er, well, you've just lost your best player permanently. If that doesn't/didn't have any sort of impact on the team then blimey, you've got a hell of a team spirit and mentality. Carroll was going to be out for some time anyway... and judging by Nolan's reaction I wouldn't be worrying too much. At least we know Steven Taylor is happier I know he was going to be injured, but that doesn't mean players won't have been affected. Pardew will do well to get the players right up for this one. A point would be a very good result in my view.

  8. Aye, I like them. Great to see them ripping shit up this year.
  9. Don't worry lads. Out of the kindness of my own wallet, I'll get on Fulham for yous.
  10. I think given the circumstances, a point would be a very good outcome for you here.
  11. Arsenal will most certainly not win the league.
  12. I'm pretty sure every score in a round of games going your way is naturally going to be pretty damn rare, tbh.
  13. Fabregas seemingly living up to his cuntishness. Interested to hear what was said. And Wenger, despite standing next to his beloved Spaniard, claims he didn't hear it.
  14. On one hand it's good to see Rooney on the scoresheet again but on the other, the inevitable media wankfest over the RETURN OF WAAAAAAAAAAYNE will be cringeworthy.
  15. Guess what David - doing nothing but sitting back will not get you wins. Give them something to fucking think about. Inevitable, and the nth time it's happened.
  16. Should be a good game actually; our performances there haven't been too bad on the whole in recent years. Last year was annoying - easily the better side but 2 deflected goals gave them a share of the spoils. That game included Stelling's enthusiastic commentary of "Pienaar, he's got 60, nay, 70,000 people watching him, it feels like he's through on goal forever, and he goes and chips it over the keeper!"
  17. The teams to avoid tonight are Man Utd, Nottingham Forest, Bournemouth, Chesterfield, and indeed both us and Arsenal as we're definitely going to draw. Definitely. A stonking £2 placed.
  18. In the heat of the moment i.e. now, it's unsurprising some people have instinctively gone for the Club's hierarchy, on the back of supposed past crimes, as the villains here and it may well transpire that they have played a decisive role in events. To me however, the overriding feeling would be one of betrayal and the main source of anger would be towards Carroll and his act of treachery. He has, it seems, turned his back on the club he consistently claimed he loved and wanted to stay at; a club he signed a long-term contract with in the very recent past. Coercion may have occurred but when you hear that the best thing to come out of NUFC in years has requested he wants to leave to a club who, despite being big in stature are low on current prestige, you can't get away from Carroll's role here. It is clear emotions will understandably be running high for the foreseeable future but I think he has let you down in a way few would have predicted. Call Ashley and his gang what you want (and I know it's hard to talk in truths as it stands but speculation is the only thing we can go on here) - but for me, the inescapable conclusion is this: 'AC9' has betrayed you.
