I meant as in this is an FA investigation. The Premier League are conducting their own, but this probably gives them licence to take a back seat given they've been through some bruising legal battles of late. I'm team City to be honest and it very much sounds like they've succeeded.

...but they've caved again and shown that the rules don't stand up to scrutiny. City, Leicester and Chelsea have all forced them into concessions of sorts, while the Everton judgement was absolutely all over the shop. They're making it up on the hoof and it shows.
