Was just reading that. He's very nicely covered all bases.

Still not sure how good Ekitike is. Bundesliga attackers are hard to judge, granted he looks like he has something about him.

Weird how nervous they looked too. From kick off VvD miscontrols it and Robertson shanks one out for a throw in. -
Seeing Khusanov and Ekitike do well reminds me that our recruitment team know what they're doing. It'll be a good summer.

He was walking around unassisted post-game, fingers crossed.

https://x.com/LewisSteele_/status/1903216096557047978 It doesn't look too bad here. Hopefully just an impact injury.

Nothing much between them these days, but FA Cup has the more prestigious history.

I'll go if the pre-cup entertainment is Alex Hurst and Tynside Life having a fight to the death. -
Interesting to see him triggering the press v Liverpool. Something he's not usually known for.

Big Fab shedding a tear or two there? -
Imagine my surprise.

Delaney is such a massive cunt man. It's hugely important that Sportswashing and state ownership gets coverage, but he does it in such a pompous, sneering way that always in some way blames fans. All while being happy to accept the blood money he condones.

Same. I wanted Spurs because I felt we had a much better chance of beating them. I should have had more faith. -

The fact we turned over Liverpool in a cup final should do wonders from a psychological perspective. -
I couldn't think of a more perfect description of Pardew. Anyway, let's not ruin this week with this bloke's thread near the top of the forum.
-
Plus Pope from Burnley and Barnes from Leicester.
-
Aye, joking aside, value for money is going to be the problem with him. Brentford won't let him go cheap.
-
The biggest thing he has going against him is being called Nathan Collins.
-
Would be a big fan of that, he's very underrated.
-
Aye, they were all pretty flawless.
-
Are the other three Burn, Tino and Joe?

It's about normalising the KSA presence in football. It's why I don't think they've particularly rocked the boat with PSR, APT, etc.

It is a strange quirk, that clubs (previously "the big six") would rather pay a ludicrous amount of money for a player, rather than take a gamble on them for peanuts when they first arrive in the league. Obviously it reduces the risk of a dud, but the much smaller outlay offsets that.
