Strange old atmosphere at Elland Road earlier. People seemed to be enjoying themselves, like it was some form of leisure. These cunts behind me kept banging their hands together and raising their voices. I shot them a glare and tried to whip up some dissent at the first misplaced pass, but it's like they were there to provide unwavering support or something. Bizarre.

Will Osula: Goal vs Man United nominated for PL Goal of the Season

Absolutely loving the creativity in using a worthless comparison as an opportunity to get stuck into one of our own. It's why we're the best fans in the league. -
Enjoying the kind of instability that's absolutely craved by our lads and lasses. Ruthless in the pursuit of success, but a seismic amount to complain amount. The absolute dream.

Elliot Anderson (now playing for Nottingham Forest)
The Prophet replied to joeyt's topic in Football
I'm still not sure how good he is. It was beneficial to talk him up though. Selling both Anderson and Minteh looked to be our first major misstep in the transfer market. After several windows of barely putting a foot wrong, we finally had the vindication that some craved to call out Eddie and Andy Howe. Thankfully last summer has provided a smorgasbord of players who haven't achieved perfection from the off and one that, with enough abuse, could up being our first real dud. Absolute dreamland. -
Happy to start him on Sunday. We're away from home which might ease the pressure and his handful of alright performances have come from being in the starting eleven. Plus, if he starts poorly it gives the lads an opportunity to completely crush his confidence so he becomes the flop that so many crave. Win-win.

What a day for Palace.

Are even suprised at this point?

Howe: “My biggest wish is that he plays in an environment where he feels safe and free to express himself. There’s no denying his ability. He’s a unique player. He needs time to reach his best form but I’m confident he’ll get there. “Let’s love and enjoy the players we have and help them find their best form. Let’s bring love to all our players.” You think you know somebody.

I've seen the social media following going crackers over that Rayan. Is he any good?

Great ageing of men is that.

I hope we don't go multiclub. It's repulsive.

Oh my, Jake Humphries on the blower as we speak.

The lad was just caught up in the gale of sighs coming from the East Stand.

Oh boy, another one to add the shit list. Not even on performances either, just vibes. Top work, can't wait to give an exaggerated sigh when he returns. -
Aye and unnamed Premier League clubs.

It definitely could have lifted the pressure. He did have a few decent games in the weeks after (Liverpool, Barca, USG), before his form dropped off a cliff. He's never looked an effective sub though, any glimmer of a good performance has come from him starting.

What do you do with yourself between wins?
-
Agreed, perhaps we could chase him out with pitchforks and torches?

These are lengths one must go to to massage their e-ego.

Things are brewing nicely on social media. A couple of more ineffective substitute appearances and it's party time for the sigh brigade.
