  1. Can't wait till Andy C brutally rapes their whole team on the 31st.. clowns

I've just got a horrible feeling that we will see the inbreds completely and utterly kick and hack their way through a few of our lads. This won't be a pretty match and I can guarantee that HBA will be singled out for the inbreds 'hardman' (Cattermole?) to receive a s*** load of physical abuse.

Just you watch, it'll be like Ginola v Dixon.

Hopefully wor Tiote will hammer that horrible little cunt

  2. Yeah with the benefit of hindisght it looks like a daft move BUT at that time I could understand why he left - I really thought he was going to play regularly for Burnley, didnt work out - hope he can get his career back on track

  3. I dont think Shola is a good finisher - so many times he blasts it over, well wide or straight at the keeper - also plenty of scuffed shots which just trickly to the keeper

He is shot all round really - which is a shame cos at 18 he looked like he would turn out to be a canny player

  4. Krul makes some mistakes BUT he will only learn to remove those as he plays more games

Harper has been a brilliant servant to the club BUT he plays like a very old man - he is really slow - fortunately we havnt suffered yet this season BUT its only a matter of time his slow reactions cost us

  5. I agree Arteta should have been picked BUT at least Spain had some awesome midfielders - BUT who are the left backs? Capdevila and Arbeloa - not being biased like (well maybe I am just a bit) BUT wor Jose is comfortably better than those  :snod:

  6. Striker Shola Ameobi will hold talks with boss Chris Hughton. Stoke and Blackpool are both monitoring his situation.

    http://www.dailystar.co.uk/football/view/151041/Tim-Krul-aims-for-Steve-Harper-s-Newcastle-No-1-spot/

    Let him go Chris

Please let this be true - I was delighted when I thought he was going to leave a couple of years back BUT he managed to stick around and then even got a new contract - crazy

Need to get rid - any money we get is a bonus

  7. Shola was shocking

Vuckic was anonymous, game seems to have passed him by - still has plenty of time on his side - would be good if we can get a home time against some lower league side, reckon Vuckic could show his class then

Ferguson is clearly not a left back - has some pace and decent enough on the ball

Lua Lua was lively, think it would be good to send him on a short loan to a championship side - get a run of games

Krul was quality - made some mistakes BUT thats to be expected with his inexperience - cant be too long before he takes over Harper

  8. I can't believe that anyone genuinely thinks he should be paid 60k a week.

Exactly, he's had over 6 years in the first team and the only thing he'd be remembered for if he was sold tomorrow is being that local lad who had potential. He's not even worth £30k.

I’d remember the commitment he showed during our relegation season. If some of his highly paid colleagues had shown an ounce of his drive and determination we’d have stayed up.

If he's so committed he'll sign a new contract at Newcastle rather than look for a bumper pay packet somewhere else.

Will someone else give him £60k a week? I doubt it

He is better off staying here, getting himself fit and trying to get back into the side

  9. Dont entirely blame him - he sees the likes of Smith, Barton, Nolan earning that amount of money and rightly believes he should get paid as much as them since he has offered as much if not more to the club

BUT the club seems to have adopted a new wage policy which is a good thing - paying daft money for players who dont do f*** all should be a thing of the past

Also Taylor's has spent a lot of time on the sidelines of late so cant justify paying him £60k a week

I hope he sees sense and accepts less money as I would prefer to keep him as we wont get much money for him

Source for Nolan earning that? The other two are moot, because they were signed under Shepherd.

    I stand corrected - it was £50k not £60k

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1187448/Meltdown-Newcastle-8217-s-71m-wage-nightmare--stay.html

The point still stands re. Barton and Smith

  10. Dont entirely blame him - he sees the likes of Smith, Barton, Nolan earning that amount of money and rightly believes he should get paid as much as them since he has offered as much if not more to the club

BUT the club seems to have adopted a new wage policy which is a good thing - paying daft money for players who dont do fuck all should be a thing of the past

Also Taylor's has spent a lot of time on the sidelines of late so cant justify paying him £60k a week

I hope he sees sense and accepts less money as I would prefer to keep him as we wont get much money for him

  11. Its like he is making up for all those shite left backs we have had over the years - Bernard was the last decent one we had and Enrique is still miles better than him plus Bernard was a cunt whilst Enrique is a legend

  12. The notion that Enrique being poor was a myth propogated by some journalist anxious to wave his prce tag in our faces: NUFC defender ergo flop.  Louise Taylor and some clown at ESPN soccernet (Norman Hubbard?) wrote him off as a bust the minute he was signed.  This lie held for a long time among fans who didn't see him very often-- maybe the reason (or one of the reasons) he's still with us.

Of course, Louise came around and is telling anyone who will listen that he's not as bad as they might remember.  But that's about as convincing as reading Ronaldo praise the improvement in Carroll's game.

I agree - I certainly dont think he was poor in his 1st year, he was more than decent actually - pretty class compared the left backs we had previously BUT his game has improved even further and his bloody brilliant now

It was a joke when Fat Sam would not play the lad even though he was our best left back by a country mile

  13. It was bloody funny - nice bit of "revenge" really

I can understand the mackems being delighted at us going down BUT Villa fans making that much effort was a bit odd like - twats

  14. To show you how f***ing stupid the Villa fans are this is taken from the Beeb's 606  http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A73304769:

"The first half an hour had only one team in it (Villa) and to go from that to the final result was just horrible. It just shows how important confidence is to a team."

By 30 mins we were 2-0 up, and they had still not had a shot on target :)

    What game were they watching?

  15. Got fortunate with the penalty miss BUT after that we well and truly destroyed them - according to the stats they had 1 shot on target BUT I cant remember it

We were excellent - I didnt think our midfield would be up to much BUT I was gladly proven wrong, the whole team was brilliant - I guess thats usually the case after such a big, comprehensive win

It was a great atmosphere and it was nice to get our "revenge" after the Villa fans laughed at our relegation

Also Robbie Savage you are a girly haired  :duff:
