He was superb, especially in that second half He cleared quite a few headers and then he was just wrecking players when he was further up the pitch Since he returned from injury he was rusty in the first couple, then was good against Wolves and then back to his best tonight, long may it continue
-
Actually forgot how decent his kicking is Compared to Pope he looks like Ederson Obviously Pope is better in every other aspect but long term a keeper with good distribution would be ideal

Reguillon should get booked for waving for a card -
That's fair the MOTM does have subjectivity built into it Like you said the average rating is more objective
-
Messi got 5 official MOTM awards, which is a record for a single tournament Also, just checked whoscored and they had Messi at 8.25 with Mbappe at 8.0, so Messi's rating was higher by a decent margin Which makes sense because he clearly had a better World Cup
-
If you think Mbappe had a better World Cup than Messi (I'm talking just performances here, not who won) then you either didn't watch it or are clueless about football
-
The problem with 2010 is that Xavi and Iniesta split votes If only one was in contention then they'd have probably won it

I understand those that are saying due to injuries we may not have a choice when it comes to prioritising what we do I think due to the injuries we won't really have a choice as to the team we pick, apart from the defence the front 6 picks itself really, unless Ritchie gets a game which is really chucking it -

Not sure he'd be ready to start Willock yet After being out for a long time he has played 20 mins twice, starting him seems a bit of a jump imo With all the injuries he's limited in terms of rotating the front 6, think apart from maybe getting Hall in CM there won't be other changes -

The following is the team that played against Everton on Sunday Team: Brown, Wiggett, Scott, Savage (McArthur 81), Heffernan, Carlyon, Stephenson (Ndiweni 90+3), De Bolle, Parkinson (Crossley 81), Huntley, Diallo. Subs n/u: C.Thompson, Harris. Parkinson got some minutes during pre season and he looked okay but nowhere near ready to play at the top level, the rest are way behind and sadly not remotely close -

Even if we wanted to I don't think we could really mass rotate, certainly not in the front 6 positions -
Wtf is Roy Keane on about Says Hojlund should have went down for a penalty "I'm not asking for him to cheat. He should kick the keeper" Errr, cheating is exactly what you are asking him to do you dog fiddler
-
Header was poor from Haaland really Still, Onana did very well
-
That's a soft penalty but also very stupid from Hojlund to do that
-
Man-U look decent on the counter, they'll get joy from that
-
You've been playing shit, that's a big difference Though, I do think you'll get something from today
-
Yeah, I thought he was brilliant first half and then in the latter part of the second he was quite sloppy, where he was looking for the foul even though there was a passing option available Overall though he's in really good form, just need him to maintain that after an average start to the season
-
Don't blame O'Neil, it was never a penalty I'm just surprised VAR didn't actually tell the ref to look at it again
-
If those are the two options then it says a lot about the other guy that Ashley is the better option
-
I'm basing it on what the statisticians consider a big chance, both Fotmob/Sofascore had them as 0 big chances whereas we had 4
-
The second goal had numerous errors From Lascelles conceding a pointless free kick, to the Pope punch, the "defending" from our players that made a CB look like Messi, to Burn lunging in and no staying on his feet It was a number of errors What's frustrating is that we've drawn a game 2-2 in which the opposition didn't create a big chance
-
Some strike by Bellingham that, he's ridiculous
-
Norwich are shite so Sunderland should be winning with ease
