Well, we reportedly made a bid for Olise and we know we've made a bid for Guehi Whilst PSR might have an impact on who we can sign, what it isn't going to do is stop up us from signing a CB and RW I get people would prefer to wait 6-12 months for our first choice, which I get but not signing a CB/RW would still be unacceptable imo, rather we go down the list to make sure we aren't leaving ourselves short
