We really should have tried to sign Trossard
-
There's too much money involved in it and too many egos who would be damaged by admitting defeat to get rid of it now
-
Because it doesn't solve anything
-
Again, that would be dreadful
-
Can all those who've been against it right from the start have a really self indulgent 'told you so' moment
-
Bruno and Paqueta at kick off
-
Soyuncu is shite And on his way to Fenerbahce possible
-
I'm hoping it's largely tongue in cheek this post especially when it was the VAR official who was the main culprit for disallowing our goal yesterday. Without VAR it's given as a goal
-
Leicester winning already
-
With a -2 goal difference too
-
3 players with fotballing fathers involved in this Reading-Stoke game Liam Delap, Thomas Ince and D'Margio Wright Phillips
-
The state of that goal Stoke have just conceded
-
I imagine it's because most people won't know who the individual person who is on VAR duty so they just refer to it as VAR. I think you're getting annoyed at something that isn't really there
-
But your statement "VAR isn't a thing that decides anything. VAR is just a replay of any given incident ffs." is wrong then. It is the video assistant referee making the decision so it is the VAR deciding it
-
Doesn't VAR stand for Video Assistant Referee though So VAR is the other referee and not the technology itself https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_assistant_referee
-
Just seen the Leeds incident where they didn't get a penalty and Marsch ends up getting sent off. Dreadful
-
Slow motion replays also hinders it because every tackle looks really late and dangerous in slow motion and every handball looks deliberate in slo-mo
-
Mad that anyone thought VAR would be anything other than a disaster It's literally just another referee's opinion judging another referee
-
Need to see it again but that really didn't look offside for Coutinho there
