Yeah but it feels like things like this always catches up with clubs eventually and make it more of a level playing field. Like when Wenger first started at Arsenal with his healthy fitness regimes and then everyone caught up eventually I guess with the PL riches they'll always be able to attract players from South America, the low countries etc. But might be harder for them now that agents know how good their scouting is they can get more clubs to start a bidding war
