Class from Senesi.

I'll give you N'Diaye, Wharton, Thiago and Kroupi. Though 2 have only had 1 good season so far.

Not really fair considering we have Antony Elanga at the club but go on, I want this list.
-
You can't suggest the club need to be buying 10-30m players that clubs with weaker teams buy and then use players that dont fall in to that bracket as examples
-
So £40m, then. Not in the 10-30m bracket at all. You can add an extra 10m on those in today's market as well. S0 those kind of singings would absolutely not fall in to a 10-30m bracket.
-
Of course all 3 of those players were signed for more than 10-30m, though. So dont fit that category at all. 2 of those were ~40m 4 years ago, and prices have since gone up. So you'd expect Bruno and Botman to cost more today than they did then. I forgot PSR has allowed us to buy both must needed first teamers and 10-30m gambles, must have missed that.

I love how he's got the same hairstyle as the posh kid in Primary school. Who's parents just brush it straight forward.

You'd hope there was another manager out there atm that would come to us that could do as well or better than Howe given the resources and situation at the club, absolutely. Not many, though. And do performances this season have you looking as a fan of a football club thinking "this isnt good enough"? Definitely. What's important to remember imo is that we have a manager that has in a few years got us over performing on a consistent basis, which is what we need given our position. Turned around bad periods with changes in tactics, which is what we need. Made lesser players better, which is what we need. Made some good decisions in the transfer market, which is what we need. With more support and long term thinking. Held things together at a higher level than his remit demands, unfortunately, what we need. Perfection is a consistent pursuit, never a given. Last summer was horrible. So were the couple previous. Howe was the only one standing there. If he has that much power over PIF and they've caved to his demands then that's mental from them. But it hasn't happened, he's filled holes they've not filled. We don't look like scoring, you know we're going to give away easy goals, players you'd expect to be contributing more aren't, players you'd hope were going to be better, haven't been. If this is longer term, then absolutely yes. But to bin managers after brief poor spells is what unsuccessful clubs that spend way more than we have do.
-
Staveley gave him support, yes. But she's not here now. PIF have been poor and they've made many a mistake and we've spent our own money when we've been able, trying to catch up as best we can after not being able to spend. You go on like we've had only misses in the transfer market in that 750m. It couldn't be further from the truth. I really dont get the short termism in this kind of thinking, it's like a pre-set to attack the side which as a fan of nearly 40 years absolutely baffles me. I couldn't be that unsupportive of my club, personally. Each to their own I suppose.,
-
Translation: He's had little to no support from above.
-
Wind your neck in, man. Its tiring.
-
He's always been an idiot, man.
-
The gift that keeps on giving.
-
You say 750m as if it's not small fry over 5 years in the PL in the 2020s and we havent had loads of windows with no spending or other investment. No training pitch, no ground plans, slow work in getting sponsors in, poor decisions in upper management. "The project" has barely got off the ground and I doubt it ever will with these owners. Howe's had a bad season but lets not apportion blame to him where its not deserved. The shot in the arm we need more than a new manager is owners who work harder.
-
"The project" could do with getting more right than just appointing Howe, then.
-
Shocking defending there. Justice as Brighton should have had a penalty a min or so before.

Anthony Gordon (now playing for FC Barcelona)

The fact he's our top scorer despite not being able to finish or beat a man is more the concern. Get him sold and someone with more ability on the ball in. He was very good for a bit and I gave him more time than he probably deserved to return to form, but he hasn't and he wont. If the hoped 75m+ can get us 2 first team players, or a first teamer and a back up or youth prospect, we should be better off. -

At least I wont have to watch his finishing any more. -
Strike.

Well done Coventry, nice to have someone different. Even felt a bit happy for Lampard during that interview there. Hopefully Millwall can overtake Ipswich and the Boro win the playoffs.
