They have always had a particular knack for being moany.

Well my wife's happy - two goals in a minute for Villa.
-
Maybe I haven't been paying attention, but I'm shocked at how poor that Sunderland team is.
-
100pts in the end. I was terminally shit up to December, sadly. Up to 32nd in the N-O league.
-
Oh no, I totally agree, but fuck off .
-
Had a goal ruled out in the 87 Cup Final too. Probably should have stood. Naah, don't think there was an FA Cup that year.
-
RIP big man - shit, didn't even get to 60. Legit shocked. The main reason I have always had a soft spot for West Brom.

Foster 7; Bellerin 7, Azpi 7, Hegazi 7, Jones ?; Son 13, Richarlison 2, Salah 10, Mooy 5; Kane © 26, Firmino 8 . 1-1 Man U with a Phil Jones header would be nice (so nobody gets De Gea points).

First part of the season was shite - didn't qualify for the cup and wasn't even in the top 2M after week 10. Now I think I'm in the top 200K. It's getting the captain right - well basically, getting in Kane. Last five weeks' © scores have been 34, 34, 28, 6, 26. Part of me is annoyed I didn't use the first wildcard, part of me recognizes I'd only have ballsed everything up.

AOC is in my Draft team...on the bench. The three minutes Lamela was on the pitch fucked me.

92 with today's bonuses and Phil Jones to come. Chuffed with that.

Thank goodness we're one of the clubs that do this. I couldn't pass up the chance to mention that Arsenal do not - particularly egregious since they are in London.
-
That first part seems a mistake - smaller clubs would get less of a transfer fee than clubs who can afford to pay high wages. It would exacerbate the current issues.
-
I suppose I should feel proud that people only want to buy ex-Spurs kids.
-
To be fair, in the only "next rounds" the FA Cup gods have had to worry about in the last few years they gave you Championship Brighton and then Oxford United.
-
Some guy on Arsenal-mania was maintaining he was offside whilst clearly completely forgetting the wall. Yes, I read every page of the match thread .

As individuals sure but is he better in City's team ? i'm not so sure tbh, what makes City so good is they have two pacey as f*** wingers stretching teams allowing Silva and De Bruyne s*** tonnes of space. Sanchez likes to come inside and get on the ball more and does less work off the ball to stretch defences. If this happened last summer i would have understood it, City came off a disappointing season where they were incredibly wasteful in front of goal but now i'm not sure. Sterling has massively stepped up his game, Aguero has been more consistent and Jesus continued where he picked up from after joining last January. Really don't think he's necessary now. true but can you ever really have too many good players when you have 0 concerns about cash? And with Jesus out for a few months Sanchez offers options to rotate players around to cover Aguero or hell play up top himself. Also as has been said stop your rivals from getting him for nowt in 6 months Quite. And it's Alexis Sanchez for 20M FFS. Plus a billion quid a week, sure, but they clearly couldn't give a fuck. Still hoping we do a sneaky troll and pick him up, but wages mean not a chance.

Spoiler the numbers tbh. I’d much rather not know.

Can’t believe we got all that for Wimmer. Poch didn’t even hide that he didn’t rate him in the end. We paid 4.5M and he barely played .
-
Hard to complain about people not taking the FA Cup seriously without a match thread.
-
I would very much like Mike Dean to never ref us again please. I feel like every team should get to pick one ref to fuck off.

I've done it at Highfield Rd, in the Holte End at Villa Park and in the home stand at White Hart Lane. Villa definitely the diciest. Me and my Dad did it in the Main Stand at Chelsea back in 1987 I think it was. 1-1 draw. John Anderson scored. Had no bother at all and there was even another 2 fans about 6 rows in front that jumped up as well. Just about the most fun I can remember was being with my Dad in the away end for the Boxing Day match v Millwall at the end of the 80s. Not sure why we didn't have our tickets, but it was the only way to get into the game. We were fucking terrified at first and kept mum, but Lineker scored a couple of goals and the Millwall fans just started ripping the absolute piss out of their own team. It was mint. We didn't celebrate the goals though. Not a fucking chance.

I completely forgot the first wildcard is only for the first half of the season.
