The bloke did push him tbf. The bloke is also Wenger, who has an entire book of previous. They deserve each other. Do people not enjoy Jose's brand of s*** housing? I love it like Oh I do tbh, but I'm entirely aware of my hypocrisy re: Wenger .

Fuck me. At least the flag saved me from FF crying.

Us doing that and before an international break really did seem impossibru. Most un-Spurs-like all round.

Hadn't realized he was so tall, 1'91 vs Mou's 1,74 - absolutely no contest. He's really tall. He started on Pards in the West Ham years. Class Wenger vs Jol is still the best.

All right. Very open game - we're just not all that good right now. Looks like two teams in contention for the Europa. Just noticed Chadli seems to be doing quite well for you lot. I liked some of the few games I saw when he was at Twente, but he was awful in his first season in England. I like him. He's actually playing in his best position atm which helps.

Fucking Naughton. I thought I'd played it beautifully keeping him on, then Ryan Bertrand takes him out.

cabella? Falcao? Di Maria? Mata? Zola? etc etc etc. People get criticized really early if they don't start well. Some foreign players take a while to adjust to the Premiership.

This basically. Sure some pundit was criticising the size of his top because it was too big for him at one point they were! "Looks like a boy!" "He's too lightweight" ridiculous It was only a week or so ago that people were laughing at him for being in no man's land and turning his back on a cross. He's always been an amazing shot-stopper - that's not the issue.
-
Even he wasn't as all-out defensive as Villa are.

Just watched it, that scene is amazing My second club. Watching that was awful/amazing .

http://giant.gfycat.com/ShrillNauticalGelada.gif I feel bad that I laughed so hard at that.

Yeah, some of the "developed" talent from the dozens of players they've bought and loaned across the continent. Nope, not likable in the slightest.

Glad I switched Barca on for the second half - cracking game.

Proper footy fans, even though I like neither of the clubs they support, I wouldn't want them doing awful because I'd feel for these guys. Mind I love Villa Park, my fave away ground. Passed it the other day when working in Wolverhampton, lovely stadium. Cheers, love you too . At the risk of this becoming a pathetic love-in, though, it's not entirely luck that we're here. This is a cracking fan site, with a nice mix of ages and attitudes. I can only speak for myself, of course...

I think Burnley are the one guaranteed place. They've scored one goal all season, cups included. Their forwards are Marvin Sordell & Ashley Barnes. Togetherness or no, they're gone. The other two relegation spots are anybody's, within reason.

There's part of me that has some sympathy with pundits, because they can't be expected to have their finger on the pulse of every set of supporters. However, you could just spend an hour a day Mon-Fri on the various supporters' message boards and get the gist. That should be part of their job. The other side is the need (as a journalist) to be careful about alienating contacts in the game. However, there's a journalistic balance to be struck, and the "boys" continually fail to do so.

You can't stress it enough - you guys are essentially bottom after six games when only one of those games was against the "big seven". It's only going to get worse if Pardew stays, and I'm absolutely astonished he's still there, Ashley notwithstanding. He's clearly trolling. Look at the next few months. Chances are he'll now be there through October. Leicester are the sort of team that his approach might work against, plus he blagged a result at our place last year. That would take you to November. If you don't get two or three wins then (new manager or no) then December looks like a disaster area, and you'll be adrift by January. On the bright side, that would mean some more panic-buying, and if Pardew makes it to December there's no way he sees 2015 as Newcastle Utd manager. On the flip side, there's an ominous-looking set of games from Crystal Palace away on Feb 10th (tough crowd, evening kick-off) until Anfield on 11th April. Beat us at SJP and you might get some momentum. Lose that, and the easy run-in suddenly looks like five relegation six-pointers.

I've no doubt it was . Loads of you guys will have checked it out for one, and a few hundred quid isn't all that much.

Top of the H2H league - the only 100% record left!

They need to knock bonus points on the head, it's a nice idea done terribly. In other news, I completely forgot Wisdom was on loan. No wonder he looks better than everyone else.

Just need two other sides as s*** and Pards is golden. Three. I keep having to remind people how terrible Hull were that year.
