We look really casual, given the ball away unnecessarily time after time.

much better lb then winger. Still not good enough. Look into yourself, you know it to be true.
-
Well this is all very uninspiring.

Who's that Watford forward who looks about twelve? Oh look, it's Chris Foy, BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
-
Glad they are still playing Z-Cars. Everton used to play that too Neil, is that still the case?
-
Oh I hope that is posted somewhere. It sounds like he might have been making a comment about fan reaction though?

Rumour is: Cudicini Walker Kaboul Dawson Rose Livermore Parker Modric VDV Adebayor Defoe I've not seen Watford at all this year, so no idea if this is a good plan or not. Should be fun though. Hope Rose does better at Vicarage Road this time around.

Ooooh, bit of politics!

No AsoooErotic then.

Sorry, incredibly late with this one, but only just saw Hart's save from Skrtel. What a save that is.

Looks like we might have a half-decent team out too.

Saylor at RB? f*** no! Ashley wont pay for Samba at the best of times, when he is acting like a tosser even less so. exactly, we got three senior centre backs already. signing samba would mean having atleast two sat on the bench twiddling their thumbs in the future , not an easy job to keep them all happy, i think the club's strategy of getting a young and ready defender like mariappa to challenge the first team makes perfect sense. Not that getting in a young defender is a bad idea, but if you have pretensions to being regulars in Europe then you need more than three senior centre-backs. Look at what happened to you guys last month. Man U and Arsenal have been decimated at the back (Carrick CB anyone?), and it's only because we've had King, Kaboul, Gallas, Dawson and Bassong that we've been OK. Besides, Mariappa is 25, and would be fighting for a first XI place immediately. i take your point, but we are not the same pay structure as your club, we won't/can't afford to be paying wages for King, Kaboul, Gallas, Dawson and Bassong all at the same time. hence mariappa and not samba. Very fair point. Your income won't be THAT far off ours this year though, will it? Christ, it's depressing trying to compete with Citeh/Chelsea etc etc.

Where he tells the truth about everything for the majority of the movie? Because he's a massive liar who's cursed when his son makes a birthday wish for him to tell the truth...? Naah, I can't see Jamie standing up to him like that.

Something i started doing in my texts over a year ago when answering multiple questions in one reply... Pigeon English creeping in perhaps!.. Futile i guess... I've learnt on here that no matter how hard you try to make a point it's normally mis-read and took another way... And I agree... It's got to be one. Or three... Two don't work as well.. Yeah. Like, I thought Dave's underlying point was that he wanted you to stop doing it.

Can't say I'm overly sad - worked with people who grew up with him who said he and his family were utter twats.

That's interesting. How do loans affect that? I'm presuming that they have to prove that they didn't refuse to play and sulk, like a child.

HA. According to who!? He's boss, but I'm not sure heading to Ukraine is the way forward for him. An ESPN contributor. Claims to have a 'source' I think it's believable. Gio Dos Santos agent has said he'll ask for FIFA's help if his client doesn't leave Spurs in the next 6 months. It's a difficult one. On the one hand, he's signed a contract and we're paying him. On the other, he's not getting many games. I'm not sure what the argument is though - a contract does not guarantee games (unless you believe the occasional rumour). What do FIFA say - they can't set a specific asking price, nor can they force us to play him?

Nope, me too. Love Welsh choirs. I have an ex whose Dad sang at the Royal Albert Hall - when we went back to the hotel the whole choir got pissed and sang in the bar. Magic.

People have been saying that their defence is a joke for 5 years now and he's done very little to stop it. Has himself only to blame when he has over 100m waiting to be spent in the bank. I do agree this has been going on for a long time but he has now bought his back 4, Sagna, Mertesacker, Vermaelen, Santos, how many times has he been able to play this back 4 this season? That's not even a good defence imo. Mertesacker is nowhere near cut out for pace of premiership. Vermaelen is their best player after Van Persie, but like with Woodgate when he was with us doesn't play enough to be relied upon. The midfield flatters to deceive more often than not: - Walcott just another SWP. - Arshavin has been hopeless for the last year. - Rosicky has never recovered from his injuries. Without Van Persie, they would be struggling to make top 7. Schenzy, Sagna, Mertesacker, Vermaelen, Santos, Wilshere, Ramsey, Arteta, Gervinho, Walcott, RVP Bench: Fabianksi, Gibbs, Koscielny, Song, Rosicky, Oxo, Chamakh I think that team is only a couple of top signings away from being a classy footballing team. You say the midfield flatters to deceive but how many teams have the potential of Ramsey and Wilshere's ability along with Arteta's footballing ability. I agree, but you could say that every one of the top seven teams is only a couple of top signings (at most) away from being a classy footballing team. The difference is that those signings are replacements for Mertesacker, Walcott and probably Gervinho - where Wenger actually CHOSE Mertesacker and Gervinho this year. You might even include Santos. He has had ample opportunity to improve that team, and missed the boat. Add in the failure to bring in adequate cover for RVP (at the level he should have got) and you can see the frustration.

I'd say that was distinctly possible TBH. Arsenal winning a trophy with that current team..... Would give us a better chance than that. Well yeah, but if they beat Villa at home, then there are a handful more Prem clubs guaranteed to be out (Liverpool v ManU, QPR v Chelsea, Bolton v Swansea, West Brom v Norwich, Everton v Fulham). They still have the CL, but maybe only for a couple of games and they have a fair few players to come back from injury. I think the FA Cup is anybody's this year.
