He doesn't have to be taking players on, setting up goals or smacking it in from 30 yards. The simple fact that he's a #10 should give us a link between midfield and attack, give a passing option for Cabaye and Tiote, aswell as helping out the wide players. Just having in the side, even if he doesn't hit it off straight away will make a massive difference to us as a team in terms of shape and fluidity.

Unles we sort the front 6 out and drop Raylor playing any kind of decent football is a pipedream.

Really? I've still got the early season buzz. QPR flattened me good and proper tbh, first time I've considered that Pardew might be a total dinosaur. If it was a home game or I was travelling down I'd be excited, but I can't be fucked to dig up a stream or go to the pub to watch it on a telly. Ryan Taylor is not a defender, neither is Ferguson. However one of them has pace, enthusiasm, energy, is comfortable on the ball and is naturally left sided. We're not going to get top 6 this season, I'd rather we started trying to play some decent football and removing Ryan Taylor from the line-up is absolutely vital as far as I'm concerned. Raylor is going to get torn apart by N'Zogbia regardless.
