Borini didn't get much of a crack of the whip last season for varying reasons. Promising at Swansea and Roma as well as the U21s. Not the kind of player you'd want to sign on loan though, not gonna make instant impact. Would need lots of gametime and persistance before you see much of a return which if it happened he'd then go back to Liverpool anyway.

Dossena is absolutely terrible. Failed a medical at Torino 3 days ago too. Borini is a better player than Wickham or Ji.
