But I never, ever expected him to be as monumentally and categorically useless as he has been. Without doubt the worst signing and worst overall player I've seen in my short time watching NUFC.

Lovenkrands did a billion times more for NUFC than Smith over the course of his contract, too. Lest not forget Smith - once upon a time - was signed to score goals.
