Maybe True Faith do support the team, but don't support the management and hierarchy at Newcastle? They seem to be indirectly trying to convince people to give up their season tickets (IMO of course) and they obviously have a lot of influence.
-
I hate True Faith now, used to think it was a decent fanzine now it's the same old rubbish. I always thought the whole point of supporting your team was to support them through thick and thin regardless of who's playing or in charge, obviously they don't.

Getting rid of Colo after one season would be stupid. Using that kind of logic Man U should've sold Evra and Vidic who had far from spectacular first season, especially Evra.
-
They need to know how many season ticket holders there will be so they can budget for the season, its hardly unreasonable.
-
Being crap isn't his fault, not trying is inexcusable.

Aaron Spear in the reserve squad for tonight's game against the smoggies. He's 15 isn't he?
-
Gerraway man. He's better than Woodgate at the moment. Woodgate (Spurs) is no where near as good as Woodgate (Us).
-
Really? Good to hear. How are they doing in that league do you know? Season hasn't started yet. Only the National Rail Cup where they've won one and lost one.
-
Gateshead Thunder are in the National League 1 (rugby league's equivalent of the championship, for those that don't know) so only a promotion away from Super League.

I thought this was a joke about Coloccini having crazy hair follicles until I saw the rest of the names. :colo:
-
Hasn't even been injured since he's been either has he? Not that I remember anyway. He's made of rock.

Garth Crooks has Jagielka and Baines as candidates for his team of the week but not Bassong. Everton defended against ten men for ***** sake.
-
Agree he continues to impress me its a shame his "International" partner continues to put in performances of such poor standard. That's an over the top criticism of Colo. He's had a few shaky games, and even a shocker (Liverpool) but today his performance was more than adequate, I'd say he was pretty good. He did nowt wrong. It was yet another shaky one to add to that increasingly long list. His distribution above else was dreadful today not surprised in the slightest he has been dropped all together from the Argentinian national squad its a shame our current management hasn't the courage to do the same and oust him from the side. And do what? Stick Taylor in there? Maybe Edgar?

If Owen kissed the badge after his next goal would that convince everyone he was committed to the club? Seems to work for Barton. Owen isn't the hardest working player, but he never has been, Martins isn't either, so many times in the past I've heard people slag Martins off for his work rate and now he's the heart and soul of the club? If a top four club came in for Martins he'd be off, same with Owen.
-
Mourinho Never gonna happen like, but we can dream.
-
Not a huge Owen fan myself but from watching interviews with him and other players I think he has integrated into the squad. Even at Liverpool he was never the most animated player, which seems to be why most people think he doesn't give a ****, Barton slaps his badge and he is dedicated to the club? Owen's goals this season will probably keep us up can't say the same for other player. Although his fitness is worrying and I would be happy to get rid as long as we sign someone who can score about 15 goals a season (which isn't as easy as people think).

In the words of FM09: "Brave Barca finally lose"
-
Vuckic, Henderson, Williams and McCrudden were the scorers.
-
He also damaged ligaments in his three year son's knee during a kickabout in the back garden.
-
The footballing world will rejoice when Cattermole finally breaks his own leg.
-
Should be finished by now I think? Can't find the score anywhere! Hoping for Derby 0-4 Newcastle (Ranger 2, Vuckic 2).
-
His first goal will come on the last day of the season against Villa, scoring the winner to knock Villa out of the top four. Then he will pull a potato out of his shorts and chuck it at O'Neill's head.
-
Their fans are way way too confident. Should be fun reading their forums after a nice win.
-
Even if no more dates are changed 15 of our 38 games this season will have been on TV.
