You should experiment with bold or italics, Phil. -

Even though there was only a minute left it was a right kick in the teeth to end the match with 10 men while that rabble still had 11 on the pitch. -

This guy's as greedy as they come, it makes me fucking sick.
-
I didn't even say he was greedy, I made an observation. That's all you're getting from me, Jon.

Again, stated what I saw. I don't have an agenda, just noticed Cisse looking a bit peeved and watched the replay and decided he might have had a point. Roles reversed and I hadn't seen it mentioned on here then yeah I might have posted about it, why not. So in summary I'm not mental and I'm not having a dig at anyone, Demba police. So did you mention Cisse's backheel, out of interest? Fair enough if you did. I don't comment on here about every bit of play I see ever man, I might have done but I don't have a clue. I tell you what I did comment on, immediately after Cisse missed that chance against Man City I said something like "FFS man Cisse, you absolutely needed to have got that on target". If I'd said similar about Ba you'd probably have accused me of getting a hit out on him or something.
-
Yes, I'm really annoyed. Look back at the posts and you can see the rage bursting out with each word. Ba needs exorcised, the evil greedy shit. I casually mentioned something I saw happen in the match man FFS.

No need. Getting a bit daft now, you can't even mention a passage of play without someone jumping down your throat.

Any striker worth his salt would have taken that shot on man Tell that to Cisse, I'm simply stating a fact. Tbf like he hardly troubled the keeper iirc whereas he could have given someone else a tap in, as I say. Sorry this is just looking for a reason to have a dig at Ba, stuff like this happens every game, strikers hold their hands up in a 'what the fuck' manner all the time So Ba was in the box, had a bit of space and chose to shoot rather than pass to Cisse who had 2-3 defenders in between him and Ba. Nah You're wrong. I'm not even having a dig at Ba, simply stating what I saw. It doesn't matter who'd done it, I'd have probably mentioned it, you need to calm down about this Ba stuff.
-
So much so that if we lost Ba and brought in Douglas and Debuchy I'd consider it an excellent window. I wouldn't like, we'd be woefully short of options going forward.

Thanks for popping up just to have a dig. That wasn't petty at all. You a mate of Ashley's like? I'd say that was an incredibly mild dig compared to what is deserved. Jesus fucking Christ man, this forum. I (grudgingly) agreed with our transfer policy on principle several months ago based on the information that was available at the time. Turns out things didn't work out. That doesn't make me "deserving" of petty insults, nor does it make me an Ashley supporter. At least we agree on the fact that this part of the forum is a fucking piece of shit when the team isn't playing well. Apologies, I misunderstood and thought you were taking offence at someone having a dig at Ashley, forget it.
-
There was a moment in the first half when Cisse looked fuming at Ba for shooting when he was in the middle waiting for the pass. Would have taken a very good pass from Ba but if he hit him then it was a tap in.

NUFC.com with a well articulated rant at the big, spoilt, red-faced bairn in their match report. -

I think today's made me feel like we'll never win there. -
Got it yesterday as well. Never realised how good Beardsley was, some of his goals were just outrageous. Was actually going to post about this, watched 1-100 last night. Beardsley and Cole as a partnership were unbelievable, considering we'd just been promoted we were fucking teams up with ease. My first season of properly watching football that, I was spoilt. Have such a soft spot for that goal away to QPR, perfect link up play.

Bigi was probably my favourite NUFC player before he went off today, the kid is brilliant. Also, Marveaux needs to play every game, doesn't matter who else is fit. -
I can't see us ever smashing anyone again under Pardew, it's not in his nature to go for the jugular. I agree with you though, the real worry is the future of players like Cabaye, Cisse, Krul and Ben Arfa. I sort of agree in principle but if we carry on with this system and keep faith with it then I can see us smashing 3 or 4 teams by 3 or more goals before the season's out. We're playing good stuff, there are faults but we're getting there and someone is due a hiding.

Simpson completely skinned his man twice today then promptly smashed the ball out of play under little pressure both times. -

Agree and will reiterate that he'd already made 2 tackles well worthy of a yellow card and shouldn't have been on the pitch by that point. Disgraceful. -
Spot on. He's making Mourinho look like an angel now.
