fucking hate him

Honestly if that game gets called off, man I've wanted to get 100 points in a week on FF for ages now and am currently sat on 99 with 5 players potentially playing this evening

My take is that Bruce realises that he's got away with it massively this season and next season he might not be so lucky. Especially now fans and some players clearly hate him. He wants his pay-off without having to deal with fans IRL next season. In his head he deserves it, achieved what his boss asked for and can leave with his fat stupid head held high. I'd honestly have a small slither of respect for him if he walked away without a pay-off but there's absolutely no chance. Like all PFMs he's a self-obsessed, money-obsessed conman with no integrity or genuine passion for the game beyond what he can get out of it for himself.

Thought he was big enough to take criticism as that's what he keeps telling everyone. Weird.

Love these Friday night fixtures that clash with Gogglebox as there is only one winner there. -
He seemed nice.

I'd read it too many times and could no longer handle it.

Mate, he's been a copper for 24 years man he's not a 24 year old with 24 years life experience like you keep saying this is why I posted the spiderman thing.

When Fantail Breeze realises...

Not remotely shocked by that. Seems like that sort of bloke.

This is why the book should have been thrown at them.

I actually think the 2 clubs would add a lot of excitement to the league if we're talking hypotheticals but I disagree with it for the same reason I disagreed with the ESL. Thought the same earlier this week when people were saying the other 14 should invite them over.

Perez is on another planet. For 20 years Real Madrid's transfer policy has been to sign the absolute best proven players and hottest prospects no matter what the cost. If they can't afford that then they need to live within their means, not fuck over the rest of football to continue with that ridiculous policy.

This story's as good as dead now, innit. Feel very deflated now.

This, I can't even bring myself to feel pleased about this news if these arseholes are simply let off the hook and we're back to normal or even worse making more concessions. Funny though.

It'll be added to my Ashley ventures shit list, personally. I'll get rid of Amazon Prime and stop shopping there as well, as hard as that is these days.

Gary Neville has spoken really well on this, as has Carragher. It just struck me though, if Project Big Picture had been waved through then the six clubs could have presumably implemented this without consequences, and anything else they wanted for that matter. Was so short sighted of Neville to publicly back that proposal when it would have left English football with no power in these situations.

Been pure lurking on this thread for 36 hours now without saying owt, been a canny read and I'm gripped by all of this honestly. There is some twisted satisfaction in seeing it all burn after having the piss ripped out of us as fans of the game for so long. My emptiness towards NUFC has only been growing over recent years so it's nice to finally feel something. The most striking thing for me is the odd comment or inside detail that slips out from any of the vultures responsible for all of this, and how utterly disgusting their attitude towards the world around them is. Such obnoxious views about traditions, communities and history that they don't care about or try to understand. All they want to do is capitalise on it. Football has been on the road to this grotesque mirror image of capitalism gone wild for a long time now but this just takes that sickly feeling you get as a fan to a whole new level. This is much bigger than football - increasingly I'm looking at the world around me exasperated at the inequality, the unfairness and the greed. Good people are being fucked over left, right and centre by billionaire psychopaths and us plebs are at each others throats fighting for the scraps. Money poisons everything and it seems there's no escape from that fact, not even in the sport you used to always be able to rely on for your escapism. If the backlash to this can bring people together then great but I think we've unfortunately all been too nice about this for far too long now and the ship has probably already sailed.
